The hardware conditions of the room are really good, fully intelligent control. But the hotel service can be described as nothing, ask a question and answer, there is no active service awareness at all. The homestay is in Hulu Town. I parked the car for one night and charged the parking fee. The homestay did not take the initiative to inform. I rushed to the front desk at 8 am and did not have breakfast. After communicating with Trip.com, I refunded my breakfast and parking fee, but it is not as good as doing it beforehand.
