The Silver Spur Resort - Campsite

It was just close enough for me to the shopping venue. Everyone there was helpful. Food was very good on site. Cabin was very clean & comfortable. Loved the overall grounds of the property, well kept. I can’t wait to come back to try out their next adventure, ie Tree house cabin & covered wagon cabins. They looked like so much fun.

We would give the mini cabins a 10 star rating if we could. (There would be enough room for a pack and play if you needed one too.) All very clean and that was even with a rainy weekend. Fire pit, picnic table, and porch chairs all provided with the cabin. The restaurant on site was delicious and one could easily eat multiple meals there and have options. We loved every bit of this place. We wished we had time to try the escape room and covered wagons to sleep in. Such a neat, clean facility so close to the flea market. These Iowa girls highly recommend!

Our bed was shaped like a taco! Other than the mattress sinking in the middle the cabin was really nice.

The property is very nice. Some minor repairs needed and hazards for children ( large screws sticking out of and around play areas, wobbly steps to bunk bed). Check in was less than desirable after a 1200 mile drive with children, we waited about 40 mins total for someone to come check us in- dinner got cold, weren't told about wifi or other amenities.

The place was wonderful. We did not get to use all of the amenities because of stating one night but I will be back for longer stay.

Nice little cabin. Sp****ly decorated. Small k-cup coffeemaker. Not enough creamer and sugar. Would probably want to bring your own food supplies. No place to eat a late breakfast. Mostly Mexican restaurants opening at 11 or shutting off breakfast at 10.

Upkeep was excellent. Cutest little cabins and ground decorating was outstanding

We (myself, MIL and my 15 yr old) stayed 3 nights and 4 days during trade days. We had the best time! The staff made us feel like old friends returning for a visit. Our cabin was really cute and very clean! Green meadows with wildflowers surrounding it, our own fire pit and grill with Adirondack chairs on our porch. LOVED IT. Quality mattresses, sheets and towels are not to go unnoticed! I can’t tell you what a huge bonus this was for me, I’m VERY picky! We would have loved a 2nd mirror in the cabin, aside from the bathroom mirror since we were 3 gals getting ready every morning. ;-). Cabin was in brand new condition as was everything else on the property - and there’s a lot! We loved taking walks over to the ponds with all the trees and lush greenery before we went to Q&Brew for dinner. This on-site restaurant is fantastic and knocked our socks off with every meal! I work in hospitality and I was shocked by the (again) friendly service, the quality of ingredients and menu curation. The red beans and corn bread they bring to the table before you order really is a lovely and welcoming touch. There was a live band over the weekend that added a “night out” vibe we hadn’t even planned on! We will definitely be back and look forward to laying out at the pool and trying the Escape Room! There is hands down, no where else in Canton we would want to stay! This property went beyond our expectations and made our trip so much more than we anticipated! Well done, Silver Spur!!
