Residence Inn Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach

A nice hotel near Port Canaveral for taking cruise. Room is big. A lot of choices for breakfast. Recommended.

Great location for those focused on kennedy space center or cruise tour. Large rooms with kitchen amenities. Reasonably priced laundry rooms. Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

One of the three rooms we rented for the night had significant issues. 1) shower did not work since it would not convert tub diverter for showering. 2) AC was out in the bedroom. 3) TV would turn on but unlike other rooms would not allow streaming device. 4) overall musty smell. Staff was friendly, but nothing was remedied during the stay. I had expected to hear from management but it has been 3 days and nothing yet.

Cream room but only 1 small trash can in bathroom and needed one for kitchen. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Unable to check inl early as very busy and rooms not ready. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean on arrival, however the room was never touched again by housekeeping during our entire stay. No bed made, no clean towels. Other than Ginny at front desk the rest of the staff on the desk seemed to not want to be bothered. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room staff cheerful and engaged. The pool was nice but the hot tub was green with algae and not clean at all. IMO the location must be understaffed. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I was extremely disappointed. Not the caliber of operation I am used to from Marriott. Convenient to cruise port departures but there’s a lot of competition for the business.

We had several issues with plumbing. The toilet over flowed, we quickly got moved to another room but this was just really inconvenient. The lock on our other room wasn’t working so again had to move rooms. They were very accommodating and reimbursed me without having to ask. I love the apartment style setup of the rooms for sure.

This was the perfect stay for our vacation. Everyone was so friendly. Everything was so clean. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. I would recommend this for 1 night or 1 month. It is definitely deserving of a return visit for our family.

Super helpful staff! Great shuttle transfer to cruise port!! Will for sure consider them again in the future!!

very nice place with lots of space the only problem i have is being charged twice for the same room and can't get a straight answer from customer service or the manager
