The staff especially Solomon and his team including the concierge were very accommodating.they catered for all our needs seeing that we were well feed before and after our two oceans marathon.they have a huge breakfast spread catering for all needs.hope to come again and get spoilt by the whole team

I had an excellent positive experience with Manfred , Davy , lunga and Maxine and rock. The level of professionalism of thes staff on my first trip to cape town was very friendly and top notch , from the reception to service in the rooms . The views of the rooms , cleanliness and meal’s absolutely stunning .

Greatest welcome received from Manfred, Sino and David. Its my 1st day at the hotel today and never have I received such a great welcome. This is a serious five star welcome. I was greeted by big smiles, champagne and welcoming words. Im looking forward to the next 4days.

Wonderful 4 nights in a simple but comfortable room towards the beautiful mountains of Capetown. Fabulous staff all over from Check in to breakfast. Dolphins playing in the bay while having champagne @ Brkfst, where else can you have that. Great location, shuttle to city, great gym and easy to go anywhere

This event is so well planned and perfectly executed. .The friendliness of the staff especially the manager Natasha Shetty is awesome. The food was amazing especially the seafood. Definitely my new favourite hotel in Cape Town. Big thumbs up!

Hi all, my name is Bernadett I'm a Portuguese tour guide here in Cape Town and I'm taking this opportunity to share my experience here at radisson blu waterfront. I've recently been working with incentive groups in many of the cape town hotels and they've been amazing. The Radisson blu is currently busy hosting a group I'm working with and the staff here are particularly exceptional 👌, their customer service has been top notch from the day we came for a sight inspection until now. I'd like to leave a special thank you for staff members Doudo, Rock, and Ntsiki who were very kind at letting us in and out, assiting the guests with umbrellas when it was raining and overall they were fantastic.

Definitely a 5 star hotel, staring with the assists we got from Desmond with our luggage 🧳 and Kara at concierge,she helped us plan a trip to the winery that was amazing and also booked our spa at the end of the day. Special Thanks to the chef Lolo that prepared our daily breakfast 🥞 just the way we like our eggs. The rooms are clean and very spacious, with amazing views. Definitely will come back!

My wife and I stayed here in January this year. We had an issues with some medication that was accidentally damaged by reception, however the staff were absolutely fantastic. The mangers Chris and Eloise were simply world class in their handling of the tricky situation. The hotel itself was great, breakfast is fantastic, the staff in general were brilliant and overly helpful (I note Davy in particular). Chris and the rest of the management team are a credit to the hotel. Thanks for a great stay and handling the situation well. We will be back!

The welcome we got when we first arrived at the hotel was just simply amazing, we had a lot of luggage and Gary Davy helped us with carry them to our rooms. Lolo at the kitchen was just as amazing, she makes the best omelet, very nice and welcoming as well. The rooms are also breath taking, my overall experience was great.

The staff is awesome. I got to meet David, Nandi, Manfred, and Lolo. They’re the reason I am coming back for a family vacation. The shuttle services- Vuyo is your guy. And the breakfast team…….Thanks to them I have extra kilos. The hotel view was amazing.

I had a perfect stay at the Radisson Watetfront. But above all the hospitality I experienced from Jerry at the front gate was beyond all expectations. Every time I drove through I felt as if I was coming home and being greeted by a loving family member. So thank you to Jerry for making my time at the Radisson spectacular! I hope to be able to return soon!

It is always a great experience visiting your hotels and this visit was no different. Your front desk (Rochelle) was so friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. Our weekend in Cape Town was well spent and making use of your amenities were all a breeze! Thank you.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this lovely property in Capetown. We then went on a safari and cruise. The hotel said that we could store our luggage at the hotel until our 11:00 pm flight when we got off the ship. The head of reception Ntsiki Masoka was absolutely the best, Her staff Lufezile, Luyanda, Kauther and Garry couldn't have been more helpful. They did everything possible to make a very long day enjoyable. I would give this property and staff my highest recomendation.

I came at the Radisson Blu 2 months ago and came across the name Andy while going through my things. Just had to write about her as she was fantastic. The service that she gave was superb and she has a way of communicating with guests. I highly recommend this hotel as the team there is fantastic. Anele the bird chaser, wonderful gent as he made us laugh while chasing the birds that was eating from our food. 😂 Apologies to those I didn't mention as I don't remember all their names.
