Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Very good hotel highly recommended
Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.
The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.

The staff could not be more helpful. Anything we needed that accommodated us. Breakfast was wonderful and I have never seen so many options. I recommend staying here if you are going to Capri.you must try their fresh orange Lemon and carrot juice.

I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed many places but I’ve never been treated better than during my recent stay at Excelsior Parco. Their hospitality and service was over the top. They take enormous pride in their beautiful property and are so gracious and helpful about everything. It was truly a magical experience staying there for my 60th Birthday. Thank you to the best staff with the best service ever!!

Excelsior Parco is a magical place. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The room was beautiful and we had an incredible view. Loved sitting on our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and always so fresh. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel two nights and the pasta was superb. Loved the torte caprese for dessert. Highly recommend Excelsior Parco.

I selected this beautiful hotel to celebrate a very special occasion upon my stay in Capri. We had the most outstanding experience thanks to flawless service and assistance of reception and concierge team Gaia,Stefano, Gianpiero and Gabriella who took great care of me and my family. From day one we felt like home in the hotel and the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My fiancé and I stayed at the Villa for 3 days and had an amazing experience. The customer service was excellent and probably the best one we’ve ever had. It started with the driver picking us up from the ferry and then the staff greeted us with a welcome drink. The room was very clean and the staff would make sure to provide us with anything we needed all the time. The cleaning staff was in the room 3 times a day. A huge plus is the complimentary driver / taxi available for the guests all the time. The communication was very easy and never problematic. We would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants an extraordinary experience while visiting Capri!

It's a DREAM! The views, the room, the pool, etc etc BUT mainly the attention of all the staff is WAOOO! We need to mention all of them particularly because they did everything so our stay in the hotel was something we will never forget. In the first place they upgraded our room to an spectacular room where we can enjoy a hot tub with amazing views to the beach and the Monte Vesubio. In addition to that they offered a nice bottle of champagne as a courtesy for our engagement. 10 points for each of this members of the staff: Stefano - Who showed us every corner of the hotel and made sure we have the more pleasant stay. Boudiger - The hotel provides transportation from and to the hotel to diferente place of the island. Boudiger was super gentle. Neily - The lady in charge of the breakfast, she was so sweet and gave us the best attention possible. Gabriela - She had the best energy and gave us really valuable recommendations. Lorenzo - He was in charge of the bar in the pool and gave us an spectacular attention. We will repeat our stay with them everytime its possible!
