I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews for this hotel, it must have improved a lot in recent times. I found this hotel lovely and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. There is a great pool which goes all the way from 0.8m deep to 3.8 metres deep so good for everyone, and it even has a little diving board. There is a pool bar but unfortunately it was not open at the time of my visit, perhaps it will reopen in high summer. The restaurant is on the 8th floor with an amazing view of the sea to look out on while you have your free buffet breakfast. There could be a few extra amenities in the room like a kettle or a fridge but that wasn’t a major issue for me. The location is also great because it’s so close to a beautiful beach, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk there. There’s also plenty of restaurants and cafes near by. Overall a really good stay.

It was a pleasant experience, the staff very helpful and efficient; breakfast was tasty and varied. The room had good dimensions for two people, a comfortable and spacious bed, plenty of storage space, very effective black-out curtains and was well air conditioned. The bathroom had a good shower, with great power and well regulated in terms of temperature. However, the soundproofing of the room could be better.

This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful area of Portugal. The hotel is modern and super clean. Staff are very professional. Rooms are generous in size and several have sea views with balcony. The beautiful sandy beach is less than a ten minute walk away. For those wishing to travel into Lisbon there is a train station close by which will take you directly into the city for just a few Euros. This was a very enjoyable stay topped off by attending a Champion’s League match - Sporting Lisbon 0 Manchester City 5

You get what you expect, but sometimes it gets exceeded. We booked this nice hotel by chance. Due to Corona we were unable to go to Spain, instead we had to look for an alternative and luckily we found this great hotel! Honestly, I think we found a better place instead of Mallorca and the only time we got disappointed was when we realized: time is over, we have to go back home. The new hotel offers all comfort you are looking for. Despite of the fact that the amazing rooms are spacious and full of high quality materials, also the hotel ground is carefully designed. The beds are cozy, all is clean and the room-service is perfect. Each room has a minibar with reasonable prices. Enough storage space is given. The shower works perfect, also inside of the bathroom you have enough space to put your stuff in. The room itself is sound-proof except the doors. If there is some noise outside you might hear it until people are gone into their rooms. However, that is the only point of critics. The restaurant is also spacious and you feel cozy while having a lunch or dinner, the swimming pool is huge and also nice designed. There are also enough sun-beds and umbrellas. All dishes can be eaten on the terrace and lounge area close to the pool. Wherever you are, the Wi-Fi Connection is working perfect and really fast. The breakfast is great! Nothing to complain about. Fresh juices, warm dishes either from buffet or a la minute can be ordered. Due to Corona the buffet is not accessible by you but you get served from the absolute friendly staff. These guys (ladies and gentlemen) do a great job to make you feel comfortable and cozy. A warm welcome was given to us at the reception when we arrived the first day. It continued each day when we met someone else from the staff. We also loved it to have a private chat with them from time to time. Thanks also to the lady who we kept busy providing us a table outside on the terrace at breakfast time each morning. Even the tables and chairs were wet each morning she took care that we got a dry one. Even on rainy Thursday morning she expected us with a welcome “I was waiting for you …” - with a big smile on her face knowing quite well we would not sit outside when it is raining – *lol*. Conclusion: great hotel, great staff, great style. Perfect place and a strong recommendation from us to visit this hotel!

We got a private room there cause we wanted our own space. Looked decent in the photos. When we arrived the room was quite dirty. Dirt on the walls, toothpaste around the sink and the towels we got had brown stains in it. We did not experience the privateness of our room because the bedroom door has a 2cm gap underneath it so all the stamps on the wooden floor and all the people coming and going (which was alot) along with the maintenace room next door felt like they were in our room. Alot of other smaller things like malfunction noises in the ventilation and very poor quality in the bed. “Breakfast included” was white bread, jam and coffee. BIGGEST PROBLEM is that the bathroom has alot of black mold in it. For example all around the shower and the shower glass and around the sink. After two nights we contacted the staff and told them about all these things listed above and we wanted to move out of that room and go somewhere else. So they told us that I had to send an email which would be forwarded to their supervisor, which I did. I checked upon them multiple times with calls, emails and direct conversation. Their supervisor, who was not there, would contact me which he never did. I am well aware this is not a 5 star accomodation but this is not ok in any accomodation that you pay for. I’ve been all around the world staying in allkinds of accomodations but this was my worst experience. Not only because of the room situation but because of the staffmembers who didnt even try to make things better by for example clean the room, offer us new towels offer us new bedroom. We paid 156€/night there. When the client points out things that are poor and could easily be fixed, just fix it and at least try to make them happy. WOT Lisbon Patio … Do better !

We had a beautiful long weekend stay here. Staff were so welcoming and attentive, the pool is phenomenal and our room was clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the sea. The restaurant is worth a visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel because the food is great. Dying to go back already!

Also below CV19-Bedingungen I expect a hotel that adheres to the facade with four stars to a lot more. Every morning the same processes, coffee in ToGo cups in a paper bag together with a apple and wooden knife, incrusted ”sandwich” in alufolium with always the same coating ( disk cheese disk cooks******e dry without butter). With some luck it managed to not shake the coffee and everything is dry. But this a piece of fruit is now beautifully warm. Or it's all swept and the day and breakfast is ”saturated”. No trace of a table, a normal cup, a normal beet etc. Eating from the hotel kitchen is unfortunately not worth the price. Carpaccio is beautifully made and fully frozen in the middle, so fresh is different. The hamburger on the one hand is “mini” and in the dry bread that falls out when looking (13€) are a joke, unfortunately not funny. Bach now several stays, forcefully as everything else is closed, I will change immediately as soon as alternatives are available. Hotel itself is clean new and modernly furnished, but dues is destroyed by the circumstances described above DANGER!!!!!

There is a lot to say about this hostel but I'm not going to say just bad things because I stayed for two months It's a spacious place with a swimming pool near a train station, a wonderful beach for surfing and there are a lot of shops around The reception maintenance team is renewed quite often but generally they do their job well, they are people who come from afar for the most part, they are looking for recognition and a better quality of life. now we are going to talk about the big problems of this place caused by poor management of a surely negligent owner and one or more incompetent and irresponsible Manager During my stay here I saw five assaults, mostly on girls who work for the hostel. I never saw the owner or the Manager come to see anything or try to comfort his team, I had to intervene myself on aggressions inside the hostel to make the attackers leave we had to leave the place about ten days because of bedbug's On our return we had no compensation for this and the manager asked us to pay again the tourist tax that we had already paid, we should never have returned To newcomers, guests, or workers you can now have your own opinion before coming to these places think carefully many people left very quickly because they did not come to Europe to relive the same scenes of violence as in their country of origin. Excellent hotel with insanely helpful staff and the best spa. Katarina and Robson on the front desk deserve a medal (as does the night manager - sadly didnt note his name) - we arrived super late and the night manager who did our check in turned up personally with extra pillows, water, a cot for the baby... Forgot anything? no worries. Almost IMMEDIATE response + superb support from the team. Need a late check-out for the baby to sleep? No worries. Need food in the room? here you go. Want to swim late in the pool after closing? no one minds, and respects your time and allows you to chill while they start closing up. The team is truly amazing. I have stayed here before and I have booked to come back already. Truly a 5* gem in the middle of caparica. (And the spa with heated pool is AMAZING for the kids - they dont get cold. And the adults can swim and enjoy the loungers / fountains).
