Julia is the friendliest person ever! She knows me by name , very accommodating. While waiting on me she acknowledged the gentleman behind me that she’ll be right with him. Excellent customer service

Made a booking on this site. My mastercard was approved for total cost of room. I asked 3 times the person booking site - to make sure room was booked and that my family from south could just get key and stay in room. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They said thete was no booked room. Caused a big argueing match with staff.

Was a great stay
Very clean place. Friendly staff. Onlydownfall was theres no meat witj breakfast any of the days . Said they dont offer that. No bacon, sausage.

Property was clean.
The only downside was that the hotel is on the hill and ask trucks come into town or leave it can be pretty noisy. But the average person should be able to ignore it.

Probably best option for a stopover in 100 Mile House. Quite loud being close to the highway. Limited complimentary breakfast. Restaurants and supermarket in walking distance.

Absolutely clean property. The room was updated and didn’t have a smell and was nice and clean. Front staff were a little cold but continental breakfast was great. Price was a bit steep but seems to be common around this area.

Easy check-in, room was very clean, large and quiet...had the best "hotel sleeps" I've had in a long time.
