A nice stay and good value for the price. It's nothing exceptional but it was clean and comfortable, the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, and it's a convenient location for visiting Guadalupe Mountains and the Carlsbad Caverns.

Overall, we didn't get a great vibe from Carlsbad in general. The hotel was on a really busy road and there weren't many dining options nearby. We had a great day at the Carlsbad Caverns but dreaded coming back into town and the hotel. I think it was the town!

No room service and indoor heated pool is not working too. Pool was the main reason for our booking and was told the heating machine failed and not in operation. We stayed for 3 days with zero room service even after requesting multiple times. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend.

Over all a very pleasant stay. Staff couldn’t have been better. Room was cleaned every day just as stated. Too many hotels are foregoing this part of hospitality, I guess to save cost.
Only bad was the indoor pool was closed. Yes it was winter, but indoor pool! Breakfast was a little better than the usual. Added to my list of “ I’d stay there again “.

The room was very clean and modern. The mattress was perfect. So the problem.........The sheets are not cotton, they are microfiber. Initially they feel so soft but they are very hot to sleep in. Also the pillows were not comfortable and flattened easily. So not a good sleep at the sleep inn.

The pool was cold and cloudy. I am a pool service proffesional. The pool was under sanitized, probably infested with bacteria, cant see 1ft deep should have been closed. Front staff didnt care at all. I will never stay here again.
