Villa Belverde is a hidden gem! It is clean, bright, and the hostess Margherita is amazing! Her recommendations for this to do in the area were incredible, and not the usual tourist traps. The breakfast each morning was just perfect!

An absolutely fabulous place owned and operated by fantastic folks. Accommodating doesn’t begin to describe the service and hospitality of this place. I felt relaxed and welcome from the very first moment. Tranquil gardens to enjoy your favorite book as well as a variety of books to choose from in the little library. I got a chance to stay in two rooms during my extended stay and both were great. I’d suggest the “Terrace” room though. Mainly because it’s on the 3rd floor and has a great view of the garden and the mountains surrounding Carrara. Margherita was an absolute angel with lots of helpful information on the area and suggestions for tours available.

the best choice you can make in the area. I highly recommend without reservation (and I've tried many properties around here). Rooms that are true suites of extreme comfort, design and high quality furnishings, linens and bathroom products. excellent wifi. Larger than average spaces, beautiful structure, à la carte breakfast made to order with fresh and good products.
