This is by far the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed. The rooms are super clean and well cared. The hotel smell very clean, the inner hallways smell like new. We also were very surprised by the good conditions of the bathroom, it was super clean, the towels smelled clean. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant very clean, the area of the buffet breakfast very clean. The quality of the food very good. Congratulations to the staff of this hotel, they were very fliendly and they keep the hotel like new.

My room was to my standards very clean, however my air conditioning was very loud and I was awoken at 4:30 to a loud drip from the room above mine, very disturbing.

Amazing. Will definitely use this hotel again next year. Staff was verify helpful and friendly along with housekeeping keeping everything clean and in tip top shape every night for us.

When we visit family we always choose Hampton Inn. I have a corporate discount code for another hotel in Carrizo Springs, but we always stay at the Hampton because of the kind folks, clean rooms and the coffee is always fresh. We will return again and again.

Overpriced for the accommodations probably because of the numerous border police. I'll probably go further down the road next time

There was a seal on the door indicating it was clean and no one had entered. When we entered the room smelled amazing. The issue was when we went into the bathroom there was a loofah and razor in the shower and the sink had toothpaste in the basin and a tooth brush left there. It was very surprising and concerning.
