Kids loved the pool area and breakfast was great. Room was spacious but the ther.ostat and air was non functioning so it was uncomfortably hot in the room

My receipt from the booking has 3pm as the check in time. When we arrived for 3pm, we were told it was 4pm. After showing the receipt from the booking, the person at the front desk became irritated and rudely told me regardless of my receipt, check in is at 4pm and essentially looked away until we left. After finally checking in and settling in, we took our daughter downstairs to the pool. Come to find out you have to schedule blocks of time to access the pool. This was not clearly stated on the website when booking. Only 1hr of time allowed in the morning, and 1.5hrs in the afternoon. Thought that was ridiculous considering spending nearly $700 for the weekend to let my daughter swim. After this experience we’ll not be returning. The pool was tiny, no place to really swim. When the slides are on you can only go down the slide then have to get out. Would have enjoyed just a regular indoor pool over this “water park.”

We were very disappointed to arrive and realize you need to book a time slot for the pool and are only allowed 1-1-.5 hours at a time. And besides the small kiddie pool, there was no pool to actually swim in. We will never choose this property again when returning to NH due to how expensive it was when the only amenities worth that was the pool area, but you only get limited access.

We loved this hotel, especially the watermark. Our daughter wanted to live there! Great for kids. Everything was super clean. I would had liked some additional information in our room about area restaurants, especially with delivery options. Also, I would have loved a side make up mirror in the bathroom. A minor frustration I have in most hotels is that I cannot get close enough to the bathroom mirror to see to put in my contacts. Just small things that would make things even more comfortable! We will definitely be back! Great breakfast too.

I chose the Hampton Inn so my 6yo granddaughter could go in the indoor water park. She loved it. It was clean and wonderful for all ages. They had to close it in the morning we were leaving and she was so disappointed but we got switched to late departure, the issue was resolved and she could go. So great!

Everything was great! Great staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, close proximity to everything! The only complaint would be there needs to be more lighting in the bathroom.

Had a great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The kids had the best time in the water park.
