the room while it was comfortable and clean had a door that was put on crooked and ended up having a large gap between door and lock so had to use the safety lock to keep it locked.

Room had unfinished drywall the tub looked like it wasnt set in place and finished ligjt switcha on lamps were broke juat a sad place period. Not to mention people upstairs were making all kinds of noise and tried call fromt desk atleast 20 times busy busy busy i dont think itt was ringing the front desk but eothrr way i left and just ate the 80 $;

Hotel was ok but couldn’t get tv working. Couldn’t get power to the lights or charge phone.

Super thin walls, your neighbors are unsavory, the bed was TERRIBLE, the pillows were essentially rocks, overall - I won’t be back

Very nice and friendly staff. It was our second time staying there. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good! Highly recommend

The people are really nice, but the place could use some serious TLC. Flooring was cracking and peeling, paint was scuffed off, and there were two separate water leaks from the roof on my room's ceiling.

The staff were very sweet individuals and I do feel bad to leave such a negative review. This facility was not clean, the walls are paper thin, most of the people staying in there are working at nearby factories at a weekly rate. My boyfriend is also working at a nearby factory and I believe if he hadn't stayed with me that night, I would have felt unsafe. There were always people sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Bummer of a stay, wouldn't go back. Probably wouldn't go back to the nearby hotels either because I don't see them being any different.

Great check in. Sara at the front desk was amazing. Efficient, helpful, and courteous.

We stay here whenever we go to Carrollton. Clean, friendly, reasonable price amd pet friendly.
