Hotel floor was all tore up, room was dirty, it took about 10 minutes with the water running to finally get hot

The facilities were not very well maintained but it gets the job done. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the service was very nice.

First off, they gave us a room that they already knew was on my maintenance list for a heater that was stuck on and there was a window that was broken off the track. As soon as we got into the room is was HOT and we have an infant so it was not going to work! Was told a worker would come up to fix it in 20-30 minutes waited over 5hrs and still seen no one, tried getting a new room but there was 6 other families also waiting for rooms, 10pm by this time and we decided to leave and go to the motel 8 which was much better!! Would NOT recommend this business at all, also still waiting to hear back from the manager for a refund!

They didn’t have clean rooms available despite us having a reservation. They expected us to wait until 10pm to get a room without compensation.

Yes old but very comfortable close to lot’s of entertainment will definitely go again very friendly staff

Room had just been updated...new paint and carpet. Seemed stark, no decoration at all and cheap paper "curtains". Maybe they just werent done yet. Cant beat the price.

Excellent super recommended everything very clean very friendly very good service every. Once I pass by Reno, I won't hesitate to come back. If you want to feel at home, choose this place.

Very very nice service, the first floor rooms can use a little work, but overall it was pretty clean and comfortable. The staff os very friendly and helpful.

the staff was super friendly, we did run into issue's with the first two rooms but they did find us a nice room on the 3rd time.
