Beds were comfy & property was clean. Definitely an old property in need of uodates though. Bathroom ceiling had a poor patch job & very low shower heads. Plenty of hot water & water pressure though. Would stay here again.

Great room, suite was comfortable and affordable, lots of room. Very clean, if a bit dated. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Close to downtown eateries. Will stay again!

We liked everything except the room was super hot. Even we turned off heater and opened the window. We couldn’t sleep.

Stay was good, clean room, fast service. Internet connection was fast (almost 200 Mbps, low latency).

Nice , clean room. Breakfast was a little lacking , but overall not a bad stay for the money.

The staff was amazing, the lobby and surrounding property was clean and nice. We got in late, got to our room, and went straight to bed. In the morning we found someone else’s blood on the comforter that we had just slept with. In the bathroom, a huge dirty mark was there both days (even after house keeping came). This hotel is also not for you if you ascent sensitive. I had an allergic reaction to their floral scented cleaning product that smelled like it was dumped on the carpet (which was coated with stains). ******* reached out to the hotel for me about a refund, and it was denied by management. I even provided the photos. I wanted to love it, I Realt did. But the management didn’t do the right thing. Blood on a bedspread….you don’t come back from that one.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable...what more can you want. If we need to stay in Carson City again, we will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, simple breakfast in morning, wine and cookies at night as advertised. Place is a little old, but still pretty nice for a reasonable price.

The staff was very personable and helpful. Topnotch in helpfulness. Condition of the hotel is very poor. Carpets and furniture need replacing and deep cleaning. Beds were superior. Very quiet location. Close to restaurants and attractions.

It is a nice place. There are some stains in carpet but that happens everywhere. The staff was great. Cookies and wine waiting in the evening. We had stayed before at the Days Inn which was filthy this was comparable and much nicer and clean.

Staff was great. Rug in our room, 105, has a horrible spot. Difficulty in finding how to turn on the lights. Breakfast was very nice and again staff is an A .

The pictures look really nice on the website. As soon as I pulled up to the place I knew I was in for it. I opened the door to that old hotel smell. I walked up the counter and the lady immediately said the internet is down and asked for my name. No ID or credit card were taken and she handed me the keys to room. I went up to my room and thought about leaving but its only one night I thought to myself. I should have left because I didn't sleep much that night due to a dripping sound then some sort of buzzing noise. The breakfast was a joke.
