I had a problem with the card, the attendants were not proactive in helping me, but the manager resolved it and helped me. They deserve the best rating. I could count on them. I was happy!

Overall it was fine.

The complimentary breakfast and amenities were good. However, our room had a musty smell. The bathroom also could’ve used a good mopping and better ventilation too.

This is a solid budget choice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Building is older and shows it however it is clean and comfortable. I was unhappy to see that the $150 “hold” actually came through as a charge on my credit card.

All was poor quality for the price - bedding, towels, furniture. No water in the gym or machine. Girls was nice upon checkin.

Second night woken up in the middle of the night to people trying to entry our room. The front desk told us to come out and identify ourselves we refused as it was the middle of the night and we had children she then told us she was calling the cops. After a call to the front desk they claimed we were never properly checked in the night before. But our key cards worked. No compensation given. Also pool was closed with no reasoning or notice. Would not stay again not recommend. Not very clean. Hard bed. Cracked sink and floor in bathroom. Breakfast was below average. The lady in the breakfast room was the only good part very nice women.

There was rust all over the bathroom. The controls on the tub /shower did not work. The TV did not work and we asked for assistance and received the comment, "well someone looked at it and it is too late to do anything about it now". There was a bullet hole in the window. The only positive I can say is the wonderful lady who runs the breakfast was so uplifting.

This property was one of worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The best thing I can say was the sheets were clean and it was the only reason we stayed, aside from the fact it was prepaid. We knew it was a low budget hotel and didn’t expect much. But it had a pool and hot tub and the location was important. The pool and hot tub was out of service. When I asked the front desk staff. She shrugged her shoulder and said it’s not working. The headboard in our room was falling off the wall. So they moved us to another room. The curtains very old and dirty, the shears ripped. The carpets old and filthy. The fridge door wouldn’t close because the shelf that held it was rotted and mouldy. Fixtures in bathroom rusted. Tubs and toilet patched and stained. Housekeeping was friendly.

Unfortunately our bathtub had black stuff on it and peeling; I could not use it. Couldn’t get Shower in, finally got some water to come out. Then not able to shut off properly. Room 301

Construction site next door. Pool not heated. Faucet leaking in bathroom. Rate is cheap for good reason.

Rooms need to be updated. Shower/tub were very in need of repair. Breakfast area was wonderful and wide variety. Carolina was great!

Check in went good, but we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. In the past visits we didn’t have to wait after a long drive, We had manually do any changes to the TV the only thing that the remote did was change channels.

A decent stay but nothing to write home about. The motel is in a dated condition but being maintained. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical staple mix of several hot and cold choices. Pet fee was $25, not $10 as advertised on the motel website. Location was very loud, especially with the Banner Hospital Life Flight helicopter flying in all night long. Not a bad place to stay but there are much nicer hotels in Casa Grande.

Despite the fact that there were certain things that weren’t good, there were good things that made up for it. The good: Great and respectful staff and service. Clean and organized areas and hotel room. Denny’s was in the same parking lot next to this hotel. They had a workout room that I enjoyed working out in. Convenient location in Casa Grande. The bad: I paid for a $1.50-$2.00 soda and got $0.50 back in change from the vending machine. Also, three different beverages in the vending machine I wanted were sold out. Was unable to get change from the front desk because they no longer accept cash. Could only get one channel on the TV.
