La Maison de VI

Honeymoon with 2 children including a one and a half year old girl, we book one night on the outward journey and one on the way back to break up our round trip to the south of France. To be more comfortable we book a family room where I would have slept with the children and a single room to let my husband rest after so many hours of driving on the road. We arrive on the outward journey the room is cold, the kettle that I would have used to heat the baby's bottle in a bain-marie doesn't work, never mind my husband takes that to his room. I put a bottle of milk in the minibar and we go out to dinner, we go back, I have to wash the baby and prepare her for the night, no hot water comes out of the taps. The room continues to be cold, I put my children in a sweatshirt, just so they don't get sick on their first day of vacation, and I send them to sleep. I realize that the minibar does not cool, in practice it is turned off, I take the bottle and put it outside on the windowsill. The next morning, still no hot water, I mention it to the very kind young lady at the reception who tells me it's strange because the boiler is always on and that she would immediately send someone to check. After breakfast I was told that there had actually been a technical problem, that there should now be hot water and that otherwise it could have been tried with a connection, just to allow us to take a shower. Obviously there was still no hot water, I took the baby and washed her in the single room, in the main building, where my husband was staying. We are apologized for the inconvenience and we are told that the problem would have been reported to the property, also in consideration of the fact that a week later we would have stayed again in the same structure. Obviously there was no discount to compensate for the discomfort and the price of the rooms was paid in full.

Nice facility, friendly staff and good breakfast. Even the tables outside create an atmosphere. However, the room was noisy, you could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room and also, due to the location, the comings and goings at the reception

The very well renovated structure, the very warm and helpful welcome, the very nice environment. The pretty room, not large despite being a superior, the TV only the three Rai channels without decoder, the small but comfortable bathroom. The breakfast superb and very well served, even products for celiacs. Overall a good experience.

Accogliente, pulito, confortevole. Camera non grandissima ma arredata con gusto. Bagno spazioso fornito del necessario. Colazione abbondante e curata. Personale gentile e professionale. Posto strategico per visita castelli dei dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente

Soggiorno per il ponte dell'Immacolata, struttura che si presenta gradevole e ospitale, perfettamente decorata per il periodo natalizio, personale cordiale.La stanza era pulita e accogliente ma essendo una doppia adattata a tripla gli spazi erano molto limitati, piacevole trovare a disposizione bollitore con bustine di tea per mitigare gli effetti del tempo freddo e piovoso. Sul bagno sarebbe opportuno intervenire soprattutto per la doccia che gocciolava in continuazione, la prima notte ciò è risultato particolarmente fastidio. Colazione discreta un po' carente sulla parte salata, essendo in tre e avendo preso solo due bevande calde dal bar alla richiesta di un caffè c'è stato detto che andava pagato a parte in quanto considerato un "bis", sinceramente la cosa ci ha sorpreso e deluso.

Très bel hôtel de charme, jolie décor, 2 jolies pergolas entourées de verdure. Personnel très accueillant et de bons conseil pour restaurant, fromagerie ect. Tres belle chambre, la literie très bonne et l oreiller excellent. Nous reviendrons l année prochaine avec plaisir. Merci

Personale cordiale e disponibile, camera stupenda e ottima colazione (Vegan friendly, oltre alla consueta marmellata, frutta etc c'era lo yogurt valsoia e cappuccino di soia).

Un hotel con encanto, tranquilo,limpio,y trato perfecto. La cama cómoda y limpia. El baño limpio. El desayuno muy bueno. El café riquísimo. Minibar completo. El personal muy atento y simpático. Llegamos a altas horas y no tuvimos ningún problema. Repetiría sin duda.
