Hi there. Was on an Italian vacation and stayed here for a night. The Airco and security safe worked, but the shower was small and was stopped up like it was in need of serious cleaning. The breakfast was also good.

The staff at this hotel are super, attentive and very cordial. Breakfast sp**** on breakfast food but very good on cakes etc. Dinner was ok except when they served chicken which had a lot of blood and was clearly not cooked properly which put us off dinner (7 persons). Towels in our room were threadbare and one had a hole at one end and frayed. (Room 310) unbelievable in a supposedly 4 star superior hotel. Where it not for the excellent staff wouldn't have stayed more than one day out of five. Certainly not 4*. Otherwise its off the main highway in in industrial park. Private beach was 10kms away. With better management supervision might improve. We stayed between 13-17 April 2022.

Excellent hotel, we had a 2-day weekend with our group of 50 people, clean and very elegant rooms, very good quality food and very well-trained staff. Quality and price exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it.

Mitten in einem Industriegebiet gelegen, ist dieses Hotel wohl eher für Busreisende. Sehr einfach, allerdings sauber, fragt man sich schon, wie hier 4 ! Sterne vergeben wurden. Das Restaurant entsprach eher dem Speiseraum einer Jugendherberge, der Eingang über eine Stahltür (Feuerschutz?) war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Hotel situato accanto al casello della autostrada. Parcheggio buona. Si trova nella zona industriale di Castelvetrano, vicino la Lidl, Eurospin, ristoranti vari, Sushi, MC Donald's. Alla Reception personale cordiale ed attento. La Camera nella media, puluta e con i confort essenziali, anche il terrazzino. La cena nella media, in una sala molto carina e ricca di cimeli testimonianti varie epoche. Molto cordiale ed attento il personale di sala, La colazione in un'ampia sala panoramica con vettovaglie nella norma. Menzione particolare il cameriere ed il suo ottimo caffè espresso siculo. Nel conplesso bella esperienza considerando anche la posizione strategica che consente di spostarsi in diversi siti.

Che dire... struttura grande, pulita , parcheggio un po piccolo, anche se c'è un bel campo da riempire..camere grandi, comode, lavabi piccoli..ma la cosa che non va è... fare colazione senza tovaglia... non è per albergo 4 stelle.. mangiare sul tavolo non va bene ,

Ci siamo stati con mio fratello la notte tra il 29 ed il 30 agosto 2023. Hotel nuovo accanto al casello della autostrada. Ampio parcheggio con accanto un Lidl ed un MC Donald's. Siamo in periferia. Tappa ideale per dormire e fare una sosta. Reception precisa e cordiale. Camera ampia e moderna con anche il terrazzino nel mio caso. Colazione servita al piano 3. Sala ampia, macchinette fai da te. Ottime le torte (alcune da supermercato ma eccellenti!), frutta e dolci. Sintesi: livello molto buono.

Purtroppo non posso mettere zero stelle, ma lo farei. Non capisco come abbiano potuto dare 4 stelle a questo posto, presentandosi come un 3 stelle scadente. La pulizia è ridicola, quasi inesistente, nonostante le signore effettivamente impiegate per portarla a termine non mancassero mai di farsi sentire fin dalla mattina presto, urlando fra loro. Il primo giorno, addirittura, non avevamo nemmeno le asciugamani in camera. La cucina è fin troppo casereccia, quasi da "casa della nonna" con ettolitri di olio e in generale di basso livello...senza contare la colazione, con cibo vecchio di almeno due giorni, tutto accompagnato da un servizio condotto da persone maleducate. Peraltro, dopo averci detto che le bibite erano comprese nel nostro pacchetto, hanno comunque deciso di farcele pagare. Esperienza da dimenticare.
