Hotel is modern. Has one handicapped room. No air conditioning. Great water pressure on shower. Firm bed. Great big flat-screen TV. OK Breakfast. Free parking. Pool was a bit cloudy, thought it might need some more chemicals so we stayed out... Road noise at night is horrible. Need screens on windows to keep bugs out.

Very good hotel, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, there is a very interesting indoor heated swimming pool... internal restaurant with good prices, cleanliness ok

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean hotel, very spacious. The only downside is that getting downtown is a 20 minute walk; though known when booking.

Hotel without air conditioning in the rooms, the pool does not meet the temperature offered, the gym machines are not operational, they are not even plugged in (even with cobwebs), cleaning problems in the room and common areas, and poor response capacity at breakfast , long delay and slow replenishment

The hotel complies but has an unusual point: in 2023 it does not have air conditioning in the rooms!!!!!!! I agree that it wasn't normally hot in Castro, but today that changed and there are many days when it is very hot and it only has one window. Since it may be possible that it doesn't have real air conditioning, I had a terrible night's sleep and you can't leave the window open since it's right next to the highway with a horrible noise, this leaves the score much lower than it should be.
