All on expected level except one but pretty critical for me issue - air conditioning system is covered in mold. It have had severe implications for me - I’m allergic to mold and have got severe allergies just few hours after arrival while I couldn’t figure out what caused it. Room felt very moist and smelly, so I was hoping turning on air conditioning will fix a problem in a couple of hours, but it get significantly worst. I’ve got another room assigned after I have identified reason (photo attached); alternative room was having less issues (not obviously smelly), but air conditioning system was covered in mold as well. Also pool was on maintenance, what was not announced while I was booking… traveling with kid, I’d have booked another hotel if I had this info.

Great city view. Room size is above average meaning bigger than other deluxe Seda rooms we’ve been to. Misto resto is with a great view but it can be easily get full and refill takes time especially the bacon. There is direct access to the Mall which is a good thing however there is not much yet in the Central Block Mall but the basics are there. It could have been 5 star if not for the front desk who called in the middle of the night 10:30pm. They interrupted our sleep for a mistake. We were asleep when they called to ask if we’re done with the iron and board which we previously requested but declined because there was no available. Other than that, it was a great 2N/3D. We’ll comeback when in town.

Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only. Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries. Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views. Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers. In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. I ended up staying 2 nights at this great hotel. I really reccomend it. Great sized room, fast wifi, good free breakfast, really friendly staff and location great with a cheap restaurant with lovely Filipino home cooked food next door. Just a short 5 minute walk up to Mango Square and the area seems safe enough. I'll go back when in Cebu City for sure!

We walked in and asked if they had a room available for the night. The reception personnel were very helpful and accommodating. The receptionist asked us to check the rooms available and we had a choice of Suite rooms, deluxe room or superior rooms. My wife chose the superior room. We paid for the accommodations and headed to the room. The room was really big with numerous windows on the 4th floor. The room was clean and had a king sized bed. The furniture is fine but some attention should be placed on the condition of the table. As I placed my elbow on the edge of the table it fell over due to a weak base and not properly attached. We didn’t use the table. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was really excellent. It was better than most places we have stayed. We invited some relatives over during the afternoon. We decided to have dinner in the hotel. Although the menu was not extensive it has enough for the average group. I ordered the pork steak with fries. Others ordered fried chicken and pork belly with rice. My wife just ordered a green salad with Thousand Island dressing. Although the meal took a while it was all placed on the table together. All orders were very tasty and well prepared. We would definitely eat here again. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a quiet place to stay.

The location is excellent. Robinson malls, Shamrock, Osmena Circle, Cebu Capitol, and other businesses are stone throw away. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Delicious free plated breakfast on the rooftop with city view. The only problem is the weak wifi connection in our rooms and poor cable connection.

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.

I had a good time with Bunks Hostel, the place is quiet. I think the only problem is the turning on and off of the pc. Keeper has to get in just to turn it off and on other than that everything was very well.
