First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

Service was good, cleanliness 👍 the only issue I had is the only trash bin available in my room was in the bathroom & it’s so small

Outdated. Restaurant bar is fine but the service isn't good. Rooms are big but mine smelled like sewage and had what looked like soap bubbles coming up out of the toilet at 3:00 in the morning.

We liked the feel of the property, the bar, restaurant and pool area were lovely. Reception staff very helpful.
Rooms were nice, clean, little dated.
Only complaint would be that we had a room with an adjoining door and you could hear every conversation and footstep from the room next door.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my room. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrades.

When I arrived they had problem with room key. I had to wait awhile to check in but hotel staff were very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall it was very good.

Stay was without issues. Ricky at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The hallways of the hotel smelled bad, the cleaning fluid or air freshener used is too strong and not pleasant. Ordering room service should be very easy, but it was not and I had to go to the restaurant.
