Best Three Star Hotels in Cha-am

This is the best front beach hotel for family and chilling out even hotel was so busy but still very nice to stay here. Bar beach very nice. Only one staff at bar but she is very nice. FB servers are so lovely and nice to help and suggest. Specially K.Pon (sorry i forget his name) Front desk were attractive to help us specifically K.It (bell boy) he is very active. K.Puy (GSA) is good to help us also. Breakfast was okay, food is good. but I would love to recommend to egg station. FB should have a order papers egg because we have to stand there and wait. Room was smell not good but it okay. Water smelly from start but after a while it better. HK were nice. Overall here is very nice. We will come back here again.

Well, everything is fine, the price of the room, where I have stayed three times. But this time, the smell of the pipes in the room that exudes the atmosphere of the bathroom was so strong that I had to keep the door closed. Improve the smell of the room better. Everything is fine.

Stayed for 7 nights during Songkran..first room they gave us was so small no where to put your clothes and no where to swing yer cat.. asked about another room was shown the one next door with twin beds and more than double the size with a wardrobe and drawers but of course more money so we took it..i booked the top floor (3) as i prefer not to listen to people stomping and moving furniture above me..unfortunately it was not what i expected..i knew there was no one next door so why was i listening to the constant chatter of people and a tv until gone 1am..well it appears that it was from the room across the hallway and thats because the roof void above the ceiling was empty space with no partitioning so for the whole stay it was constantly noisy from every room on every floor every night until early hours and starts again at the crack of dawn..i might add that the ceilings were made from timber with gaps nothing solid..wifi didn't work in the room very well hit and miss..pool wasn't very inviting in the day time looked very murky looked better at night when the lights were on..the cleanliness was not upto my standards..had to ask them to stop watering the garden one day so that i could take a shower..sprinklers on no shower in yer room..so for those reasons i would not recommend or stay again....

The room that me and other 2 members of the family got had enough space for 3 people, even though the third bed was added there additionally. There was big couch/place to sit/play in the middle of room. We used it for our suitcases, which was very convenient for us. Another good thing is that there is one sink in the bathroom, and another sink in the room. So bye-bye long line for the bathroom!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations be it the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the ambience. Located in the quieter side of Cha-am, the hotel is very clean and has ample parking space for its guests. The room is big with a balcony and the water pressure is good. The room has been kept clean throughout with its staff very attentive during cleaning. The breakfast though not buffet but a set menu, is ample is nice. The waiting staff is attentive having noticed that the coffee is not hot enough and the creamer was not dissolving well, he quickly helped to replaced both cups of coffee with apologies. Outside the hotel, there some roadside stalls as well as some shops where you can get good food as well. A 7-11 convenience store is nearby too. Do note that every Wednesday the roadside stalls will be closed. We’re so happy with our stay that we booked another stay during the coming Chinese New Year holidays.

We arrived on the 10th July 2022. We checked into our fourth floor Seaview room in the early evening and went out for our evening meal, when we returned and unpacked we noticed how small the room was, certainly smaller than our bedroom at home, but we did have a Seaview. The bed was certainly less than 183cm, I'm 188cm so my legs hung over the end of the bed, my Partner was ok though. The aircon was working, but about 4.30am there was a loud bang outside of the room and the aircon stopped working. The only way you can contact reception is to walk there or use your mobile phone, it was cool so I decided to report this later, which I did. The Engineer from an outside company arriver later in the day and decided this may take some days to repair. The Manager on duty decided we could not change our room, so I asked for a refund which was denied. Then it was decided that we had to use our room during the day, but sleep in another room that had working aircon at night, the first room was on the third floor, we used that for two nights then transferred to the room opposite our on the fourth floor, which had been empty all the time we where there. Different Manager could see the problems we were having walking between rooms on different floors and no help or assistance given carrying our luggage between rooms. Eventually the aircon in our room was repaired, took a team of three Engineers to complete the task and we moved back into our booked room. The Managers on duty when this incident occurred, two young men are in need of extensive customer relations training, you should not have to knock on the partition at reception to gain their attention, too busy looking at their mobile phones to deal with anyone. We wanted to rent a motorbike, reception quoted 500 baht a day, everywhere else 200 baht or less per day, so we rented elsewhere. We found that our motorbike had been moved during the night on one occasion, to a place where it blocked access to the kitchen entrance, one of the kitchen staff was very rude to my Partner, thinking we had placed the motorbike there. The positive comments on our stay, the breakfast was really good and all but three of the Staff were excellent.

Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children stayed in this family room with bunk bed for a week. It was our first time to stay at this place. The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Amazing beachfront hostel located on the top of a 17 floors-building with breathtaking sea view. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and shared bathrooms spacious and hygienic. What makes this property unique is, of course, it's location, which allowed an almost 360° view on the sea on one side and the hills on the other. Another detail that makes this place stand out is the remarkable size of its common space which allowed some privacy even in the hostel common area. Definitely a great place to chill for a few days with the mild sea breeze blowing your hair 24 hours a day. I wish I'd have stayed longer than my just 2 nights stay. Talay is probably the must stay hostel in Cha Am.

positive: *near the beach *have free parking Room: *Our Deluxe room smell so bad like pee(same like in their first floor, full of pee smell) *The staff mistakenly put extra bed in one of our room(superior). And they just went in to the room WITHOUT let us know at all.
When we asked whether anybody go inside and told them that went to guest room directly without prior notice is very rude and impolite. The reception only mention that they already knocked but no one answers. Therefore, they go inside by themselves. We told them we very mind regarding this matter. They still said that we dont need to worry, because they only issued one room card, other guest wont be go inside. The MAIN POINT is THE STAFF WENT INSIDE ROOM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE and TOOK SOMETHING *Superior room also not clean correctly and have leftover garbage from previous guest *the pillow is hard and too high not comfortable for sleep *they night lamp broken one(deluxe) *not provide toothbrush for amenities. *their shower water so small and not stable, took so long for take a bath due to the water volume. Breakfast : *for the breakfast, they let us choose what time we will have. (choose every half hour since 07:00-09:00, they have very limited space for it, and indoor space was so hot). *Not much choice for breakfast *They let us wait so long just because the staff was discussing whether to collect more money from us for 2yo kid overall : *Not worth for the rate paid (usually we got much better room, amenities and service with this price in Huahin or Pattaya) *Definitely will NOT COME BACK AGAIN *NOT RECOMMENDED 優勢： *靠海邊 *有免費停車位 房間： *Deluxe房有很重的尿騷味（一樓進出口也是） *他們多給床在Superior房，撐著我們不在房內「未經過同意」直接進房內。我們去了解的時候，櫃檯員只說他們敲門了，因為沒有回應就自己進去，也請我們放心因為只提供一張門卡，所以其他客人絕對不會進去。 重點是沒有提早告知也沒經過同意私闖客房，還拿東西，這種行為是讓客人非常沒有安全感。 *Superior房內也沒清乾淨，還有前客的垃圾（酒瓶與煙灰缸） *枕頭太高，也很硬，無法巧，睡得很不舒服。 *床頭燈壞了也沒換新的。 *沒有提供牙刷 *洗澡的水很小也不穩定，造成洗澡要花很多時間。 早餐： *他們無法在早餐時間內隨時吃早餐，客人只能選時段要幾點吃早餐（以30分鐘為單位，早上7點開始到9點，登記的時候要選時段）。而且早餐室內的地方很小很密集很悶熱。 *早餐選擇很少，狀況也很淒慘（烤麵包機放兩個，一個不能用）。 *他們也不馬上讓我們用餐，一直跟櫃檯員討論是否要再跟我們再收費2歲小孩的早餐費。 總結： *在這裡花這個價格的房費是很不值得 （通常這個價格我們會得到更好的房間，備品與及服務） *絕對不會再來 *不會推薦給朋友
