Newly built and opened, the design of the lobby as well as the pool over looking the ocean is the place where young rich bangkokians come to take selfies and show out themselves. The room was large and nicely decorated but the bathroom not convenient for us due to the lack privacy. The toilet and shower are separated by glass window but the main bassin to wash your hands or teeth is in the middle of the room! We had a room with balcony sea view, just not a nice feeling (look at the picture, we felt in jail 🤣)

We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

Counter service is quite poor, no recommendations for staying at all. Because we reserved a deluxe room We cannot know how many people were staying in the deluxe room zone that day. The day we checked in and went into our room at Building 10 or Building 11, I don't remember exactly4. The floor has a lot of rooms. When we got there it was very quiet with no one staying in any of the rooms. We were two women. We looked at each other and decided to go ask to change rooms. We asked the counter why they didn't inform us first that there were no people staying in the building. If we upgrade the room, we agree. which the answer was Well, the customer has reserved a deluxe room. I feel terrible about answering. While we were waiting to change rooms, there was another man who had also reserved a deluxe room. Came to ask for a change and he informed me that no one could stay there. It was very quiet and scary. Plus, on the first floor, not a single light was turned on. The service should be greatly improved. If someone has reserved a deluxe room in that zone and there are no guests, they should be advised to upgrade the room before losing their feelings. I think everyone would be willing to upgrade if they knew that no one was staying in that zone. Which is really very scary.

Das Hotel befindet sich weg von den touristenzentren zwischen Hua Hin und Cha am. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Der kleine Privatstrand ist herlich und man kann weit hinaus ins Meer laufen. Wird vor allem von BKK-Thais gebucht. Modernes Designe, sehr schöner Pool und eine wirklich tolle Küche. Ich habe jeweils lediglich gesagt, was ich gerne essen möchte und die Küche hat aus meinen wenigen Angaben ganz tolle Thaigerichte gezaubert. Sehr gut geführtes Hotel.

Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. Hard to open door /squeaky Closet light Sink hands hard the sink really bothering me  Lounge deck furniture Outlet far bed Balcony door loud NO fan balcony

This really is a delightful hotel. Not the biggest in the area, but that suits us fine. Situated between Hua Hin City and Cha Am town in a small village called Bhan Kwai, the Cera Resort Hotel is by the beach although more on that later. Bhan Kwai itself is a delightful small typically Thai village with a good number of eating places as well as a few bars, plenty of massage places, tailors and a 7/11 supermarket. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the village. The hotel is very clean, has lovely staff from the manager down to the gardeners who work tirelessly to keep the grounds looking lovely. It is also very reasonably priced. The hotel has two blocks of accommodation, one over the reception area and the other 30 yards away the other side of the bar area. We have only stayed in the rooms above reception, so my comments are based on those rooms. The room was a very good size with a massive bed that could sleep four 😊 I’m a back sufferer, but I found the bed very comfortable. There’s a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, hairdryer, coat hangers, TV and a good sized safe. They also supply dressing gowns and flip flops if you wish to use. The bathroom is also large with a small bath and large shower, just be careful in the shower as there are no slip mats and whilst we have had no problems, I am aware of two elderly guests who have slipped and fallen, but sadly that happens in a lot of hotels. Like the rest of the hotel, it is kept very clean. There is always hot water, but on odd occasions the temperature can fluctuate while showering, so take care if children are using as the hot water is very hot. Each day, two bottles of water are left in your room which was very much appreciated. POOL AREA The pool area is a delight and has a good sized pool which at its deepest is 1.6meters deep, so even a shorty like myself can just about stand up in it without taking in water. There is also a child’s pool attached which I found nice to sit in and read my book🤓 Pool beds are now the plastic sort and towels are collected at reception. Sufficient brollies around the pool and there is also a sanded and shaded area just off the pool area if you like it a shade cooler. You can also take the short walk (30 seconds) down towards the sea where there is another sanded area with pool beds and brollies. There are steps down to the beach and sea, although at the present time, the sea is right up to the wall most of the time, so if you want a beached area by the sea, you need to go left and you are soon on the long sandy beach. They have had to sand bag the beach for some distance, so the very best of the beach is a few hundred meters along towards the sailing club and the delightful Cha Am village bar and restaurant, a must visit if you are out there.
