I had visited the Lataguri region with my friends between 21st and 25th Dec 2023. During this time I had stayed in the Reserve Gorumara in their duplex and super deluxe rooms. This is one of the best stays that I had in my life. The hotel is very well maintained and from location perspective you travel to any of the major forests in the region (Gorumara and Jaldapara). The staff is extremely courteous and caters to any request that you make with a smile. Room service is excellent and prompt. The toiletries provided were high quality and plenty. The food is awesome and service is prompt. We even had a bonfire and barbeque arranged by the hotel and it was a great experienxe with great food. The Reserve Gorumara can easily compare their services to any 4 or 5 star hotel. Me and my frie da are really happy with our stay. Special callout to housekeeping staff ***isankar Bar*** who went the extra way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The ***ager is very courteous and very helpful.

This property is a beautiful one located by the highway... wonderfully ***aged by staffs, namely Bickram, Tapan, T***n, Sukhdeo, ***ishankar and the ***ager, Dinesh Prasad Gupta... Warm behaviour, great hospitality and wonderful service provided by them. Highly recommended for your next stay at Lataguri.

Recently I booked a Super Deluxe Room at Reserve Gorumara through DENZONG LEISURE . Stayed there for 3 nights. The property kept in good order and condition. Breakfast and Dinner are complimentary. The food quality is outstandingly well. It is very much astonishing that staffs are very cordial, hospitable and extend all sorts of help whenever required. Overall my experience is fantastic. Based on my experience I recommend everyone to select this Resort.

I booked on the hotel's website and got myself a Super Deluxe Room for 4 nights. Food is very tasty and portion sizes are generous. Breakfast is complimentary and the toiletries are Biotique! Hotel is a stone's throw away from NIC Lataguri and a local 'toto' can take you to the ticket counters in no time. The resort scores very high on hospitality, hygiene and safety. Will recommend to anyone intending to visit Gorumara on a reasonable budget.

Visited the resort recently. Awasome staying with awasome facilities with finger licking marvellous food. Special mentioned for the Chef. The behaviour of all the staffs are very polite. Thank you for the never forgetting experience ❤️

I’ve visited the Reserve once more in September, I don’t remember how ***y times over last 8 years…what surprises me is the tremendous hospitality, well maintained rooms & out of the world food haven’t changed a bit from day one.. I am a business traveler & most of the time travelling across geographies missing home where I can get anything I want- but not in Reserve.. This time again I requested our beloved Shivajida & team to delight me with something homely yest new.. & they delivered with a smile total 5 new recipes for me & my companions ! Salute… looking ahead to the next visit to Dooars.. Winter is coming :-)

We had a really nice staying! Rooms were cleaned, food was awesome and the staff was helpful and friendly. They were helping us organising the trip and were flexible enough to custom the perfect trip. Definitely recommended for enjoying a holiday in the middle of Nature!

It was indeed a remarkable experience to stay at The Reserve Gorumara with a family of 6 and two kids. Right from the check in till check out it has been a glitch free experience and it was near perfect in the true sense of the term. The hospitality and the personal touch of Mr. Shibaji is definitely an usp of the property and he left no stone unturned to assist us in whatever way we needed to make our stay enjoyble. The restaurant servers delicious food and Mr. Shibaji went to the extent of customizing it to our liking. I would highly recommend a stay here with a tinge of hesitation.
