Whether you fancy a short drive to picturesque White Sands, NP , a chill day at Bluff Springs waterfall and trails, or if you simply prefer to let the good times roll (with Cloudcroft Brewery a 5 minute walk away) we'd love to have you and your loved ones stay in our cozy, clean and memorable place.We do not accept third party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the primary occupant. You cannot assign or gift the reservation.There is a $25.00 per dog/per stay fee, We do this to make sure our cleaning crew takes the extra time to make sure your dog has a safe clean and hygienic place to sniff, lick, lay , sit and stay! And so future dogs have the same opportunity Please agree to the guidelines for bringing a dog.The dog must be 1 year old or older and house trained.1. If left unattended we ask that you ensure your dog(s) won't be at risk of damaging any property inside and your dog(s) may not to be left out on the porch. 2. Please do not use the blankets provided as a covering over the furniture or bedding.3. Pick up your dogs waste immediately after it's done and dispose of it in the dumpster outside on the corner.4. Please do not allow your pets to get on any of the furniture because even the best dogs can have accidents in unfamiliar situations. Also, please don’t use any of the provided blankets to try to cover the furniture because it’s very hard to get pet hair out of the fabric.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:There is a $25 dollar per dog , per stay fee that can be paid by a cash app or cash on arrival (envelope on table). Welcome to our charming cottage cabin nestled in the Village of Cloudcroft, NM! This newly spruced up cabin is located at the top of the mountain and is walking distance to the golf course, The Lodge, and downtown. Spend your time relaxing inside or enjoy some fresh air on the porch overlooking the pine trees on the property - you’ll usually even see some deer and elk! The cabin has WiFi, two smart TVs, a wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, and a cozy modern decor! NO HEAT or central AC, but the cabin warms up nicely with with fireplace and blower, as well as provided space heaters. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes, a gas stove and oven, a full size fridge and freezer, and a large table to enjoy your meals.Each bedroom has new Queen mattresses and a dresser to put your clothes away. The master bedroom has a large closet and a full size washer and dryer for laundry and the second bedroom has a Roku Smart TV. After a long day of hiking/golf/exploring downtown you can come back to the cabin and relax on the couch in front of a fire with a movie (Ruke Smart TV), play a game, start a puzzle, or relax outside!Cloudcroft is a beautiful small town in the mountains of New Mexico - summer temperatures are usually in the 70s during the day. Bear Holler Cabin is located right inside The Village of Cloudcroft! Get ready to soak in beautiful views with wildlife just outside the windows. Entry to the main floor provides easy access if you have little ones or elderly family members. Our home is a perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family reunion!Fee Details:$65 pet fee, we love dogs and they are welcome for a fee. If we see that you have brought your dogs and you did not include with your reservation that they are coming, **we will charge an additional $100 on top of the pet fee**. Please just be honest about this. A 5% Village of Cloudcroft tax will be collected as part of the total amount collected.
