Il y a un bug informatique : j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Mais l'hôtel ne voit que 2 adultes. Par conséquent, il nous manque un lit supplémentaire pr ma fille.
Mais l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en supprimant les frais de petit déj et le lit double est assez grand pour nous tous.
On est donc plutôt satisfait malgré le manque d'un lit.

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde der gleiche Übernachtungspreis in großen Lettern elektronisch angezeigt, den ich auch bei Trip.com als „Sonderpreis“ bezahlt habe. Das Hotel ist m. E. keine 59 Euro/Nacht wert.

A very convenient stop off on our journey South.
A typical Campanile, as described tho a bit dated.
Staff at check in very welcoming and efficient.
Room larger than average.
Parking outside the door.
All additional cleaning procedures seemingly followed.

Monsieur à la réception a été très désagréable. Manque de respect total. Grosse surprise au ptit dej : Le prix affiché sur internet comprend la chambre+le ptit dejeuner mais monsieur me demande de payer à la réception le ptit dej. Il n’a rien voulu entendre même avec preuve à l’appui. Vraiment déplorable. Aucun professionnalisme de la part du réceptionniste.
