The stay was perfect. Even in the summer of april the weather was perfect. Apart from tiger we spotted everything else that can be spotted (tiger is always bit rare to encounter) . Food and hospitality was good. Guide chethan from Serai resort assisted and guided us well. Overall it was good time with family. Worth the time and effort.

One of the best resorts with the most hospitable staff ever and the food was great with a beautiful view of the forest and mountains. Totally recommend this place of get away weekends with your loved ones. The wild safari is too good best experience.

This is the best place to chill , away from chaos of the daily life, in the forest areas of bandhipur. The food nd hospitality was the best. They offer safari and morning walks… even spotted tiger , elephant in the trip. They even offer indoor games.

We have started from Trivandrum and have stayed for one night in Serai. It was a great stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort, complimented by exceptionally customer-oriented, very efficient staff.The experience at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is exceptional. The gourmet food was delicious and enjoyed thoroughly. Full compliments to Navas At the front office, Murthi, Pramod, and Ratheesh (Spa) are very helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the cleanest we had on our trip. Spotless. There are great facilities at the hotel, too.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food was good, and it’s a short drive from the Bandipur safari station. They also offer birdwatching and nature walks twice daily, which really added to our experience. I have zero complaints and only good things to say about Serai Bandipur. and we would like to mention that some of the staff are really helpful on our vacations, even though we had a late flight in the evening. We had requested a late departure on the same day, which was not denied by the front office ***ager. Navas had a nice experience with Mr. Ratheesh Spa, and overall, we enjoyed the spa and will come back soon.

Serai is one of the best luxury Jungle resorts in South India, Resort is next to the Bandipur Tiger reserve forest & the property shares boundary with the Tiger reserve . Food is awesome & entire Staff are very kind & courteous. Chetan , naturalist has good knowledge about the local species of the animals & coordinates well with the Guests for arranging Forest safaris . Cons ; property is bit inside & approach roads are pathetic , travelling in Sedan will be a tiresome route.

It's been just a day since I came back from Serai Bandipur, and I immediately wanted to write this review, appreciating the wonderful staff at the resort. Right from the people at the reception (Madhu and Guru), the restaurant, and even the guards, everyone was so helpful and cheerful. I didn't see anyone without a smile on their face every single time, no matter if it was day or night. Always be attentive to the guests needs. A special mention goes to Mr. Navas and Mr. Chethan, who took us out on a property round. We booked the safari and also took the bullock cart ride from the resort. It was a lovely experience for us, especially for my 4-year-old.

We spent 2 nights in Serai Bandipur for our family holiday, and it was our 4th time. As usual, it did not let us down. and the property's location is excellent. Food is amazing. The only drawback is that there is no buffet for lunch or dinner, and the alacarte is overpriced. But overall, it is worth the money. memorable right before the trip until the end. The chef was very helpful in making an amazing cake for my husband's birthday. The entire staff at Serai, Mr. Nawaz and Mr. Guru, as well as Ratheesh from the spa.

This is a must visit property.. situated amidst dense forest. This property is serene and very peaceful... Kudos for the chef n his team for preparing very tasty dishes. The staff are extremely humble, kind and most helpful. Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. Rooms were well maintained and very spacious, with everything we needed. The naturalist Mr. ***n Nair, Chef Satya and his team, House keeping team Mr Murthy, Front Desk staff, and Mr. Rateesh from spa were wonderful.
