Changchun Celebrity Hotel

There are a few things that I was not very satisfied with when I came to Changchun to stay at the hotel: 1. From the outside of the hotel, there were no lights, and I almost thought the hotel was closed all year round. 2. After entering the room, the equipment, lights, switches, and bathroom are old and cannot match the hotel grade. I hope Jilin Province will strengthen the corresponding system for hotel star management. 3. The hotel did not allocate corresponding toiletries. After the first phone call, it promised to arrange the disposable toiletries as soon as possible. However, they have not been delivered after half an hour. The attitude was extremely bad after calling to urge them. For example, disposable toiletries were not provided due to policy or relevant department requirements. Toiletries were not promised to be delivered to the room at first. I felt extremely bad due to various behaviors back to the hotel during this trip. I hope that the relevant departments of Jilin Province will intervene to supervise and rectify this phenomenon; I would like to thank the people of Changchun for their warm hospitality.

The service attitude at the front desk was very average, and I couldn't even get through the room phone call. The front desk said that the orders placed by Ctrip did not include breakfast and had to be purchased by yourself. They were not informed before check-in.

I have stayed at other celebrity hotels before and thought they were okay. Maybe Changchun celebrities may be a little old.

The location is very good and the environment is good

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very quiet, especially suitable for people like me who need quiet sleep. The bathroom was also cleaned in a timely manner. After a hard day's work, taking a bubble bath in the hotel's bathtub can especially relieve fatigue. Especially the service provided by housekeeper Liuliu is beyond praise. I will choose this place as my first choice in the future if I have the opportunity.

Everything is good, but it would be perfect if the online menu included breakfast.

The room is very atmospheric and the bedding needs to be improved.

Nice environment and convenient

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive, which makes people extremely comfortable. It gave me a homely feeling. The hotel is nice and the rooms are well-equipped. Mainly clean and sanitary, live at ease.
