I have often stayed at Lavande Hotel before, but they are not in Changchun. This is the first time I stayed at Centrino. I feel that the facilities are not as complete as other houses. There is only one elevator and the floors are higher. But overall, the environment is good. The service attitude really has nothing to say, the young lady at the front desk is also very patient~ the TV network took the trouble to help me adjust it. It should be considered a good hotel near Centrino~

【重要提醒！】酒店智能系統在深夜會突然自動開啟，比如窗簾突然自動拉開、房間燈突然自己全亮，我住了一晚，分別在凌晨兩點多和三點多的時候出現這樣的情況，後來我把房卡拔了，才避免了這樣的情況。【優點】設施很好，有停車場，毗鄰商場，高層安靜，床很舒服，浴室可連接藍牙放音樂，體驗感很好。【缺點】前台服務一般，打電話詢問一些事的時候態度有些不耐煩，並且對於智能系統會自動開這件事沒有在入住時提前告知住客。我當時辦入住的時候就聽到旁邊有個姐姐跟前台反饋説窗簾自動拉開，前台回覆是因為大樓斷電又來電導致的，但當時我沒在意，入住後半夜被吵醒才明白過來是個什麼情況，説明已經有很多住客都遇到了類似問題，但前台卻不知道提醒顧客！如果提醒了的話就可以通過晚上拔卡來避免了！希望改進！

優點：服務很熱情，前台有問必答，衞生也挺好的，房間沒有什麼異味，床品乾淨
缺點：隔音特別特別差，隔壁人晚上打電話能聽的非常清楚，而且房間一整晚都是每隔一陣就有類似機器啟動的那種由低到高的聲音（房間已經全部斷電了確認是外面的聲音）因為第二天考試想睡個好覺，也戴了耳塞，但根本堵不住這個聲音，一晚上基本沒睡，每隔15分鐘就被吵醒，也導致第二天考試狀態非常差，一直犯困腦袋很木。旅行遊玩對睡眠要求不高，訂這個挺好的，如果是考試之類的，需要好好休息的還是慎重

隔音效果很差，這個房間裏開睡眠模式，半夜床頭燈會自動亮！又試了一遍，好像是10分鐘還是多久又亮，而且關不掉！床頭單邊的燈，不是所有的燈都亮，後來氣死直接拔掉房卡！不好的入住體驗，生氣，暖氣很熱！

下面是個步行街，沃爾瑪超市、火鍋、逛街非常方便。外面很冷，裏面非常舒服，乾淨衞生，熱水充足。孩子估計是在出租車上太熱了，不舒服，店家根據我的需求很快送來了温度計。連打掃衞生的阿姨、設施維護的師傅見到我們也很禮貌的打招呼。還有一個優勢就是離景點近。希望有機會再來看長春的發展，感覺這裏的旅遊還有很多潛力可挖。

連着住了三天了，很喜歡這裏洗澡很舒服，洗護用品真的很棒！特別喜歡。而且附近的餐飲可以選擇的種類特別多。洗澡的時候衞生間音響連上藍牙聽音樂音效很好。
