先説優點：房間很大，位置離柳葉湖衹有500米，位置優越，每天都給我們提供了四瓶水，服務挺好，關鍵五一期間還能下午兩點退房，點贊！
缺點：酒店有點年頭了，房間有點悶。衞生還可以，但是洗手池頂有蜘蛛網沒有弄乾凈。
總的來説：在柳葉湖旁一眾酒店中，華爾夫五一假期才三百多性價比已經很高了，可以推薦。

出遊住過最差的房間，洗浴區排水管道返臭味，洗手池管道漏水，房間門鎖心無法反鎖，鏈條鎖被人為弄斷。房間沒拖鞋，客房服務幾乎是沒有，永遠是需要你等待。跟前台反饋處理結果：返臭味房間噴花露水，下水管道維修是等待漫長後過來處理，晚上11點半後維修人員在敲打門進行維修，最後還是要堵門睡覺。換房跟退房均以：我去申請再跟你聯繫。然後又是無盡的申請中。帶娃出門，時間又晚實在沒辦法折騰了。送拖鞋、維修時間都是不停分批次來的，因為前台永遠不會聽你一次性把話説完就立馬掛斷了。還有，什麼三大權益，一個也沒享受到，昨晚折騰那麼晚才睡覺，早八點多，客房服務就問我們什麼時候走，我們要打掃衞生了，簡直不要太無語
