出差在這裏住，環境衞生還不錯，被褥房間很乾凈，也沒有煙味，裏面有停車位，但兩個房間之間隔音不太好。總體來説還不錯，這個價格也對得起這個環境了。

酒店位置很棒離地鐵口過一條馬路，去五一廣場坐三站，酒店設施也挺好隔音不錯，沒有被其他聲音吵到過，就是房間有一點點小，不過總體來説還是性價比相當高的

五一廣場一般是首選，住在商圈吃喝玩兒樂方便，不過可能節假日房價會比較貴一些，同等價位的房間相對來説性價比就沒有那麼高了~

這次給大家推薦性價比高，交通又超級便利的『聖卡萊斯酒店』
位置：袁家嶺🚇地鐵站2號出口步行1~2min就到
價格：避開商圈，現在暑期，價格基本在200出頭💰的樣子，性價比高！
環境：如果沒有太苛刻得要求，我個人覺得住宿條件還是很不錯的~乾淨，該有的設施都有~

真的剛開始看到評論都説好 去到位置挺好找的 進去房間挺整齊後面發現被套有污漬 想着算了已經睡了而且就住一晚 第二天很生氣的一個事情 2點退房1點35就有服務人員跟我們説退房 我説知道2點會準時走的 服務人員跟我們説2點退房一般都是1點就退了不然要扣錢 重開有沒有遇見這樣的 很生氣 當時走出房門準備退房的時候服務人員就在門口等着，真的是特別奇怪的一家酒店 也懶得拍照了 還有隔音效果特別差 隨便外面一講話都聽得見體驗感很差

長沙聖卡萊斯酒店成立於2019-04-11，法人為李建華，位於長沙曙光北路11號； 長沙悦呤酒店成立於2019-09-25，法人為李宇翔，位於長沙曙光北路11號；兩個酒店在同一個前台開房辦公，前台人員告訴兩個酒店是一家的。這是不是一套班子、兩個馬甲？（你們是要換着馬甲坑客人？）
在攜程上訂的房，到達現場後已是大半夜，發現現場房達不到預訂廣告中的條件後，前台強硬的叫老弱病人大半夜取消訂單後住他們的線下高價房間，要麼別住他們家，態度十分囂張，體驗及其差。（後來發現差評中有客人也提到這種情況，酒店回覆他們制定多項整改措施並以整改）。
沒辦法，酒店是**的。
被迫取消訂單後，攜程將房費原路返回，並針對這種情況攜程賠了幾百元的違約金到付款寶賬户，賠款還是挺快的。

房間特別乾淨整潔，窗户外面的景色其實也還可以，而且離地鐵站簡直不要太近！！！真的很推薦，店家姐姐人也很好！很喜歡，下次還來，哈哈哈哈！
