This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in Changsha, super easy to check in and very clean comfort. As an English speaker it was quick to check in and the hotel is easy to find off the street. About a 5 minute walk to a main metro station and about 15 to the main walking streets. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great too. Would happily stay here again.

This is a very convenient hotel right in the centre of Changsha, a few steps from the Furong Square metro station and within waling distance of places like the Tianxin Pavilion and Juzizhou island park. The reception looks like a great place to hang out (I didn't have much time to do so), the room was extremely peaceful after a long day out, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room's window faced inside (presumably looking into another room originally), but the hotel has erected cutouts of pavilions and monuments outside the window to give a view, which I thought was very creative and made me feel relaxed. I would be happy to stay here again when back in Changsha.

不必入住的酒店 服務意識差 服務態度差 衞生環境差
1.酒店提前打電話和我們確認晚上會不會入住,我們明確答覆晚上會過去入住,等到晚上十二點過去辦理入住,到了以後酒店並沒有給我們預訂我們的房型,也沒有提前説明，等我們提出疑問才和我們説，如果我們沒有提出問題，酒店就是隱瞞這個行為。
之後對於這個問題，酒店到現在，沒有任何人打電話和我們説明抱歉，衹是冷淡處理問題。
2.床單是臟的 枕頭是破洞的 臟亂差
3.酒店前台明確稍等經理會給我們打電話回覆，結果我們等了20分鐘沒有任何來電，我打電話過去才和我説經理不在，沒有任何解釋，前台也沒有做到主動服務的意識，一直讓我們乾等
4.第二天早上打電話的時候給前台 前台一臉懵 我們已經溝通好第二天早上搬房 第二天的前台毫不知情 沒有做好工作交接 完全沒有

和朋友來長沙旅遊的，偶然在攜程上刷到的這家酒店，怎麼説呢，入住體驗感真的很好！
首先説位置，地理位置很好，就在芙蓉廣場，去五一廣場走路十多分鐘，不會有五一廣場那麼吵，但是遊玩什麼都很便利，去橘子洲坐地鐵的話就三站很方便！
其次就是服務，整個大堂屬於很小資的感覺，在大堂坐着的時候桌上都會有茶水，前台、客房的服務人員態度都很好，很熱情，給我們介紹了很多周邊玩的吃的
最後就是早餐，真的很豐盛！酒店房間衞生也很乾凈
總之，是一家性價比很高的酒店！
