位置很好，湘雅一院附近步行五百米，華潤超市，肯德基就在酒店樓下。老闆人很好，早餐去晚了，又趕上停電，食物沒啥了，老闆親自端了果盤過來，贊。……有個小意外，餐廳門向外開的話，要碰到地台，這個需要處理一下，一但用力過大，很有可能傷到玻璃門。總體性價比還是很高的，感謝攜程的推薦。

清明去長沙玩，在攜程上看這家酒店評價還不錯，就定了3晚。但入住的體驗感不好。1、衞生。第一天晚上由於飛機延誤，到酒店已是凌晨了，洗完澡後準備睡覺才發現床單有污漬，但太晚了，衹好將就睡。第二天早上起床後才仔細看了看房間的衞生情況，整個衞生打掃得很敷衍，門把手、燈罩、地毯、牀頭櫃等物品上都有灰塵。2、服務。洗完頭才發現衹有一個空口袋，沒有吹風。給前台打電話，回覆馬上送來。但，等了1小時也沒有送來。最後衹好自己到前台再問一遍，這才送來。3、早餐。早餐的煮雞蛋不新鮮，連續2天都是，第三天不敢吃煮雞蛋了。綜合看來，不推薦。

首先，去前台辦理入住的時候，前台招呼聲都沒有，説的事情也沒認真聽，和前台交代的事情也沒有交接，凌晨快2點了還打電話，還説沒接電話，作為第二天上班的人士，半夜也要休息的，再説和前台交代過了2遍，是前台沒有做好交接班問題，這次入住體驗感極差，作為之前入住過的東呈會員，很不滿意，下次出差也不會選擇這家酒店了，房間隔音效果也不好，還能聽到隔壁聲音，前台説升級入住，升級的棋牌室房間味道太大，一股煙味！

住了一晚上根本睡不好，定的高級大床房，空間很小，積水嚴重，空氣不流通，吹風機裏面全是灰，還有好多蟲子，睡了一晚渾身癢！！！我宣佈這是我住過最差的宜尚！！

這次入住體驗還不錯，酒店位置在湘雅醫院前面沒多遠，很方便，步行兩三分鐘就到了，酒店的設施方面很齊全，環境也很不錯，乾淨整潔，前台工作人員和阿姨都很熱情，情緒價值拉滿了。
