This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have a very poor experience! The first time I checked in, I had to change rooms because the sound of flushing upstairs was too loud, but the front desk clerk handled it in a timely manner so I could check in the second time. This time it was really bad! After checking in at the front desk, I took the elevator upstairs with my friend. For some reason, I grabbed my ID card with my friend in the elevator. At that time, my legs were stretched out and my head was lowered. I was grabbing something, and there was a robot in the elevator that was about to go out. I didn't see it, and before I could take my foot back in time, the robot ran over my foot, causing the shoes I was wearing to be damaged. I immediately contacted the hotel staff, and the reply I got was a plate of fruit and a cup. I didn't want the plate of fruit, so I didn't accept it. The waiter asked me to call the police. After calling the police, the police said it was a civil dispute and they were only assisting in handling it. The end result was that I went to court to sue. From the beginning to the end, I didn’t see a manager-level person in charge come out to deal with the problem, and they just couldn’t apologize. This is the attitude of this hotel in handling things! It was past nine o’clock in the evening, and the waiter at the door of the room kept getting those cups, and they jingled. After working on it for at least an hour, I was really convinced. I opened the door and talked to the waiter, but it didn't work at all.

Everything that should be there is there. Smart devices are also very convenient to use. Hygiene: clean and no smell. The weather was cold, but the room was warm and the heating was sufficient. Environment: The subway is very convenient. Turn right when you go out and you will find the subway. You can transfer to Wuyi Square, Orange Island and other attractions. Quiet and not noisy. Service: There are welcome small fruits when you check in, and porridge is provided in the evening, which is very thoughtful. Breakfast was also good. Especially the laundry and clothes delivery service is very considerate. This service is really helpful. Excellent value for money, I will definitely choose Yuezhi again next time I come to Changsha.

The hotel room is large and the bathroom and shower are separated which is great. There is the subway downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient for travel. Before you check in, a housekeeper will add you to WeChat. When you ask and find out that you are traveling, he will send you a guide, which is very considerate. I didn’t eat the hotel’s breakfast because I woke up late, but there was bread and milk available at the front desk to take away, and there were also good night snacks like tremella soup or red bean paste every night. All in all, it was a very good experience and worth recommending!
