酒店在太湖古鎮旁邊，扶梯可直達古鎮入口，鬧中取靜，更像室外桃園。預測五一整個度假區都十分繁忙，出行前也擔憂選擇節假日高峯會給寶寶和長輩帶來不便，但酒店就是一處別樣的風景，不僅沒有喧鬧的不愉快，也沒有服務不到位的緊張感。特別感謝小丁管家，滿足我們一家大小所有的住店需求，真的隨時都能迴應我們。酒店硬件設施齊全，孩子在酒店就能喂到黑天鵝、小鹿，比在動物園更盡興。酒店替我們包攬的大馬戲和動物園門票，以及來回接駁車的車票，真的體貼細緻，極具性價比。酒店的工作人員都非常友善，有問必答，幽默風趣，感謝你們讓我們有一次難忘的五一之旅！

酒店四個房間都很大，環境優美，去太湖小鎮非常方便，晚上陽台就能看到煙花。去動物園或大馬戲等都有內部接駁車，適合家庭親子游。就是早餐一般。

帶孩子來湖州玩兒，住在百花島精品酒店，非常滿意。酒店有特色，很漂亮，位置也很好。管家J非常負責，最後還幫我們解決了趕高鐵的問題，下次出行還會住這裏的！

這次五一出遊，全家選擇入住這家度假村。剛到的時候感覺這個人工景區還是可以的。入住後沒有給我們房卡，就覺得很奇怪。在我的追問下，店家説忘記了。之後到晚上睡覺前，發現床上都是小蟲子，密密麻麻的。想打電話給服務中心，發現電話時壞的。衹能用手機打外線聯繫，約半小時後來了個夜班服務人員，衹是幫我們換了床單被套，我要求換枕套，但被拒絕，理由是看上去不臟。還説次日會有管理人員給我答覆。待次日一直到下午四點，店家的一個管理人員才與我聯繫，給出的解決方案也很草率，一點都沒有覺得自己店家有問題，不斷的引導顧客話語，讓我認為周邊綠化多，床上有蟲很正常，至於店家草率的解決方案我直接拒絕了。在我拒絕之後店家就再也不理會我們了，表示隨便我怎麼去投訴好了。本來美好的小長假，瞬間有了一塊污點。雖然店家的管家一直在跟我賠禮道歉，但是這種徒勞操作讓我對管理層更加失望。店家的態度很明確，知道大家都是一次性生意，所以無所謂。兩晚9000多的價格，這種服務態度，真的讓客户心寒。以後也不會再來了。

出行都有接駁車，酒店環境非常優美，所見即所得，工作人員會詳細給我們介紹周邊環境還有演出場次時間等等，行程安排建議也很合理，晚上還可以直接在陽台看完煙花秀，特別特別要贊一下酒店工作人員的服務，每一位都很棒，完完全全賓至如歸的體驗感！

酒店是一棟棟的臨水別墅，環境非常好，空氣也很清新，管家服務特別到位，整體硬件配套也超級完善。距離古鎮步行五分鐘，晚上還可以看到煙花秀。百花島這次唯一遺憾的是四月份島上沒有花，下次換個兩三月份來！
