The hotel is excellent. however, there is NO coffee in the restaurant at breakfast and no orange juice. The bar is substandard and the bar staff have little or no knowledge of what is required of a bartender, with NO tonic it's impossible to have a Gin and Tonic. if fact the choice of drinks is minimal. Don't ask for a cocktail
So my advice is to take your own coffee for breakfast and stay sober...
The rooms are great and the bed is as hard as a rock or sleeping on a plank of wood, so your better off sleeping on the day lounge if you want something soft...

1.衞生
入住第一天剛進房間就看到飯渣在桌子上，換了房間後，很多地方有小飛蠅。不管衞生間還是床附近，都有，數量不少，浴缸因為比較臟就沒有用，浴缸底部還有臟，也沒有用。
2.服務
向服務員反映了上述問題，衹有第一回看到飯渣機直接解決，後面小飛蠅沒有再回復。

五星級的酒店絕對物超所值，非常人性化的設施配置讓人很舒適，小到配備薄荷漱口水等微小細節。房內美觀潔凈，窗外庭院湖水美景，讓人留戀不捨。還有五星級的服務，碰到的每個服務員都是微笑問候，尤其是帥哥畢立王，熱情周到，暖心服務，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店環境超級好 到達酒店時候 家人都説 這像是郊區的康養山莊 進入以後才覺得像世外桃源 房間特別乾淨整潔 各種設施都很完善 細心體貼 服務更是沒得説 媲美六星級酒店 帶了小朋友 貼心的送了小朋友的小拖鞋 小牙刷 舒克寶貝的酵素牙膏 還有小動物形狀的糕點 小朋友很喜歡 晚上時候還送了綠豆湯 盛放綠豆湯的盅也太精緻了 特別喜歡 吃早飯時候自助特別豐富 這也好吃😋那也好吃😋 都好吃 下次去長治 還會選擇這裏

🚗 交通：交通便利，外地的朋友直接使用導航軟件就可以到達。
🧹衞生：酒店房間乾淨整潔，總體很滿意。但是美中不足的是，昨天空調開啟後，總是聞到一股一股的化學物質的味道。一樓的房間容易進蟲，夏天來臨，希望可以加強。
🍃環境：酒店位於長治市的濕地公園旁邊，很靜謐。酒店內部綠化很棒，公共區域裝修很高檔，餐廳外望出去就是漳澤湖，感覺像度假酒店。
🔔服務：服務人員熱情周到，態度認真細緻。
酒店整體體驗感很好，個人覺得早餐還有很大的提升空間。早餐品類比較少，以中式炒菜和日常麪點為主，而且也沒有體現出長治的特色。可以借鑒一下其他同類型高檔酒店的早餐。

酒店是新開的，環境很好！長治來説最豪華最高大上的了！酒店是在湖邊，公園式酒店！來長治首選！尤其是 于濤經理 帶我們參觀了幾個房型，讓我們很滿意，進入房間還給我們送了紅棗湯！很暖心！以後還會長期入住！
