這次比較失望的酒店，外面看着還行，到了房間差點沒暈倒，馬桶蓋有不明水漬，浴室門關不上，房間非常小，地毯非常臟一切設施都透着老舊臟，床品還過得去，否則真的要當場退房走人了……

房間的窗玻璃破碎了沒有更換，這是非常嚴重的問題，萬一掉下去咋到人怎麼辦，萬一入住的客人不小心靠上去就會掉下樓出人命的事情的。問前台説不知道這個事情，來了客服説已經知道這個事情了。為什麼知道了還不及時更換？好要賣出去賺錢？這個酒店在管理上是不是存在很大的問題
入住時説要安靜的房間，前台説這個房間是安靜的，結果早上5點不到五樓的餐廳開始開抽煙機做早飯了，很大的聲響把我吵醒。
在攜程上訂房酒店不會安排好房間

來常州看鳳凰傳奇演唱會，選擇了1號線邊上的這家酒店，地理位置不錯，邊上就有地鐵站和電動助力車，房間乾淨無異味，總體不錯。

春節出來玩，路過常州，這家正在鬧市區，為了方便住過來。停車場很方便，正好在酒店門口。前台人很好，給免費升了大房間。房間蠻乾淨，玩了下投影~必須五星

房間乾淨整潔，無異味，不錯。酒店位置也不錯，，高架路附近，上下高速挺方便。門前停車也很方便。唯一不足的是衞生間設施老化該更新了，水龍頭都快扳不動了
