The hotel is a quaint place in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Wonderful breakfast! However, we forgot a bottle of wine we had purchased in the room and they failed to inform us even though we didn’t get our car from valet for several hours after checkout AND they identified us as the people that checked out when we picked it up. Sure, it was our fault that we forgot it but I expected a higher level of service from this hotel.

Loved our stay, below are a few things to improve upon: 1. Booked a King, hotel received reservation for a Queen. 2. No way to darken the room, light filtered in greatly from Plantation shutters and from the hallway light through the door.

Great little place in the historic district of Charlestown that was convenient for walking the entire area. Great breakfast and afternoon wine and snacks. Highly recommend

Parking valet seems expensive until you try to find parking elsewhere and realize it's even more expensive to park in one of the decks overnight. The breakfast and happy hour wine/cheese was a really fun thing to do each day during transition hours. The room upstairs is so nice with great views. Everyone was very friendly. The location cannot be beat.

Breakfast menu was very fresh and was also different every day. The staff couldn’t have been more hospitable. Parking was easy for drop off and pick up. Happy hour with wine and cheese was a nice touch. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and pleasantly bigger than expected. We loved the location which was within walking distance to most of the sites we visited. Enjoyed breakfast and afternoon wine & cheese. Our interactions with the staff were all positive. We loved the small details provided at this property to make our stay one of our best experiences.

The Andrew Pinkney is a great hotel- the staff is excellent, the breakfast was amazing, and the wine/cheese bar was very nice. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast! Lady hostess at breakfast was super nice! Staff at front desk was not very friendly at all. Guy at happy hour not friendly. Room was nice but very small. Probably won't stay there again because of unfriendliness.

The location is exceptional. You won't even need a car. The breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were very good. I would say don't get the smallest room. There is just not enough space to put your stuff.
