Good stay

Hotel was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating and kind. We attended the ACC Championship Game, GO NOLES! and the staff from the from desk to the security and everyone in between was so kind. Enjoy the hotel and would 100% stay there again based on the experience.

AWESOME HOTEL FOOD DRINK VERY GOOD. BARTENDER COURTNEY WAS AMAZING SERVER. ROOSEVELT HELPED CHECK OUT WITH MY LUGGAGE. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AS ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THE WESTIN NEXT TIME IN FOR CHAROLETTE

I loved the helpful and respectful staff. The room was very clean and organized.

Checked in and went to the room and my key would not work i tried it a couple of time and then a gentleman open the door amd told me he just checked in himself. Went back down to the desk and told them that someone was already in that room. Tbey upgraded me to a bigger and better room for no charge

Very convenient and safe to walk to Stadium,churches,restaurants&shops. Shocked at the super low toilets in the Westin&lack of hot water the entire wknd

Property has gone down and dated. Had to call maintenance to fix air twice and tv went out as well...wont be staying here anymore...JW across street

I've stayed at this property multiple times. I don't know if it's because I booked through *******. The room had a little smell and wasn't fresh at all. Then valet was full and we had to carry all of our bags from the parking garage. The commute was horrible.

Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for a Panthers game. Our only disappointment is the fitness center was shut down and there was no notice of this when we made our reservation.

Went for a soccer game. Stay was nice there was a snafu with room service after the game and we were comped breakfast. Over customer service was fantastic. Room convenient to the stadium.

When check in is at 4pm, and you show up at 4:45 to check in & you get told that it’s going to be at least another HOUR before your room is ready is beyond unacceptable. When you’re paying $600 a night for a room, you’d think it would be ready at the listed check in time. We weren’t offered any sort of apology or anything. Next day, went to the bar/dining area for dinner. Food took over an hour and a half to show up, and when it did it was wrong, over cooked, and inedible. It wasn’t our servers fault, but again no manager ever came to talk to us or any table in the dining area, anything. We have stayed here before and it was fine, but this visit has changed our opinion of the Westin brand hotels.

I paid for corner view but didn’t receive it, didn’t complain cause only here for 1 night but disappointing

Centrally located but not noisy. Clean, pretty upscale but not fancy. Staff was very friendly, kind, generous, helpful!

Close to event and convenient walkable area for dining options.
