The room is not clean, there are hairs on the quilt, and there is still a children's picture book left by the previous or unknown one in the drawer of the bedside table. When I checked in that day, I was already very tired after ten o'clock in the evening. I went downstairs and asked the lady at the front desk to change the room. The lady gave me a new room card very impatiently. I went to the room by myself throughout the whole process. Even in this case, I didn't change the room. Take me to the new room for inspection, and when I arrive in the room, a big mask is lying on the ground in front of the sofa! Very disappointed and tired! When I checked out, another gentleman at the front desk asked me about my entry experience, and I told him one by one. He said he was sorry and would give me points as a comfort, but it was just a blank check, an unpleasant experience!

The towels are disgusting, there are things like **** on them, there are no paper cups, only one call is needed, and I brush my teeth and drink water, which is frugal.

Enjoyed my stay… staff was excellent and recommended great places to eat…. Definitely will stay there again on my next visit to Charlotte.

Perfect location, good property condition.
Pretty basic Gym. The roof top bar furniture is not comfortable at all and the ID very poor.
The rooms are OK but the closet is minimal. No drawers. Not even in the night tables.
Staff is courteous but not kind.
Next time I will explore other options on the same area.

Hotel was very nice. Charging for coffee was criminal. I won’t ding for that, but it should always be included in the hotel price.

The staff was extremely nice and professional. However, I did not like the decor in the room. The room felt like being in a concrete block. The room felt so impersonal. Housekeeping staff isn't doing a great job with cleaning the hotel. I saw a number of areas that needed a thorough cleaning. Overall, the hotel isn't worth the money, and I wouldn't stay there again. Not a bad hotel by no means, but not worth the money.

Upper level management is terrible
Hotel is new but no on call or engineer to fix a non working AC in the room
Front desk is not trained and only says no to any solution
Only option take 2 blankets
After 24 h and 10 phone call, Sunday manager offered a space heater
When we asked multiple times, we were told it is not allowed or legal to have one in room
Reason for all shortcomings blamed on Marriott’s staff shortages and management decisions but assistant manager declined all further calls after first one
Reason for lack of heat in room was never clear
“ it is more complex than just your room “ “ It could be boiler issue “ “ Hotel’s smart system is difficult to correct glitches “
Irony of all; We only asked a warm room at check in and were assured everything is working, actually engineering was in property last week. When we returned from a wedding at midnight, we had freeze until next morning. In room phone never worked and it might be preferred that way ?
