"I rarely write reviews, but this place was so good I had to! First off, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The bathroom was spotless, and I really appreciated being able to adjust the water flow on the showerhead. The large TV in the room offered YouTube, Netflix, and more, which was a great bonus. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive. As stated on their website, you really only need to pack clothes for the next day and your skincare products, making it super convenient for light packers. The night view was stunning, and I could see the sea perfectly from my room. The large windows also made for fantastic photo opportunities. The lobby was incredibly stylish, and the staff seemed highly competent and efficient. The Lawson on the first floor had a much better selection than your average convenience store, so you can definitely stock up on food there. This hotel far exceeded my expectations; it was truly wonderful, and I definitely want to book it again! One night felt far too short – it was that good. If I had to nitpick, the bus frequency might be a bit low. The timetable is on their website, so it's worth checking. The last bus from Disney to the hotel at night is around 9:30 PM, and it can get crowded, so you might not get a seat. The taxi stand was also very busy, so I ended up walking from Disney to the hotel. After a day of fun, a 20-30 minute walk was quite the workout (but it's definitely a walkable distance). Additionally, the morning buses (to Disneyland/Sea and Maihama Station) after check-out can get quite crowded, so if you have a tight schedule afterward, it's best to check out with plenty of time to spare. I'll definitely be back to stay again! ^ ^"

"I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."

"The room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji."

"Service: The hotel shuttle is super convenient. After taking the subway from the airport to Maihama Station, you just go downstairs and hop on the shuttle. The next day, it dropped us off at a different station for DisneySea, and then we took the Disney Resort Line from there. Amenities: The hotel toiletries are by Pola, and the hairdryer was excellent – I honestly think it was better than my Dyson at home. There's a small convenience store downstairs, but it didn't have much. We ended up walking about 300m to a Lawson at another hotel (it was packed with people coming back from Disney)."

"Facilities: The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland from the first floor, which is super convenient. On the second floor, there are complimentary candies and snacks, a cotton candy machine, and free beer, drinks, and slushies. They also provide Indonesian hair capsules, which are really effective. You don't even need to bring your own skincare and makeup remover as the hotel has them all. Environment: There's a mall right across the pedestrian bridge, making dining very easy. Plus, there's a supermarket for snacks. Service: Check-in on the second floor took a long time due to queues, but check-out was a breeze. There's a box where you can just drop your room card."

"I super like the location is very strategic..nesr to train station, bus station, taxi pick up, near shopping places, near disney entrance. Hope they got a better iron, and add yamato services from the reception. That would be excellent. I super love that the hotel provide foot gel patch, thats very thoughtful since those staying there would have been walking around the disneysea or disneyland the whole day from early morning to night time and sore their feet. In fact my feet were sore. That patch really helps me a lot to recover."

"I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning. Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice."

"Chose this hotel for our Disney trip, and it totally exceeded our expectations! ✅ **Location & Transport were amazing:** It's super close to Disney, so no need to rush in the morning. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus from the station directly to the hotel, making it a breeze even with luggage. ✅ **Rooms were clean and tidy:** The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bedding was really comfortable. Felt very safe staying there. ✅ **Ambiance & Service were excellent:** The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the sea view was beautiful. Staff were also very friendly, the breakfast was decent, and the facilities were well-maintained. "It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there."
