"This hotel's location is unbeatable, super close to DisneySea, and with a shuttle bus that takes you to Maihama, Disneyland, and DisneySea. The staff were all smiles when they greeted us, which was a lovely first impression. I really appreciated the system where you can pick up amenities as needed. The changing room was wonderfully spacious, but I imagine the air conditioning might struggle in the summer if you have to keep the door closed."

"We have stayed at Spa&Hotel a couple of times now and have enjoyed every visit. The staff are friendly and greet us as we arrive. Check in and out is quick and simple. We always stay in the Japanese style room with outdoor bath. The room is a good size with tatami mats and futon beds. The views are great as you can see the fireworks at Disney. The only downside is the very bright lights from the sporting fields near by. The outdoor bath is great after a long day. There is a free shuttle bus to the Disney resort. The drivers are helpful and friendly. We haven't eaten in the hotel before so I can't comment on the food."

"My family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to."

"Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away."

"Great hotel which provided a spacious and clean room, plus had a good breakfast buffet spread. The lobby was really cute too, with a designated play area for kids. Only caveat is the shuttle bus for Disneyland - the return shuttle is situated in a carpark which was really difficult to find after leaving Disneyland. It was not in the main bus terminal where the major hotels’ shuttle buses were parked at. Maybe the staff did mention it during the ride to Disneyland but in Japanese? We took a really long time before we could find it."

"The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable."

"I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."

"We stayed here the night before our Disney trip. The location was absolutely unbeatable! We arrived at the hotel within seconds of exiting the station. Getting up early for park opening was a breeze with such close proximity. I was also impressed by the amenities – 'Are all these really free?' I wondered. The items for foot fatigue relief were a true lifesaver! I was most concerned about the train noise, but it wasn't an issue at all. I completely forgot we were under an elevated track; I barely even heard people talking. It might even be quieter than other hotels. The room itself is compact, so if you have two large suitcases, you might find it a bit tight to open them up. I'd recommend bringing duffel bags instead. However, the spacious bathroom and large refrigerator were definite pluses! Having a humidifier was also a great bonus. I would love to stay here again!"

"This room type has been renovated from its previous version, and the price is directly proportional to the environment. Last time I came, a porter actively helped with my luggage from the airport shuttle and stored it upstairs. Now, there's no one, and I have to carry it up myself. The service isn't as good as my last visit, and they're quite stingy with the amenities. They only provide one set of skincare products each time, even for two people."

"You can check in and store your luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station, and your bags will be delivered directly to your room later. I checked in on a Sunday, but couldn't get my room until after 5 PM. It didn't bother me too much though, as I was going to Disney anyway. I booked the cheapest family sea-view room for a solo traveler, and it turned out to be huge with three beds, which was a bit awkward. I selected one person when booking, but for some reason, the hotel received information for two. The room was incredibly spacious, with three single beds and plenty of room to spread out multiple suitcases. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but all toiletries were provided. I was a bit surprised that the shower and bathtub were combined, considering it's a Hilton. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a kettle. If you need water, you'll have to buy it or get it from the water dispenser on each floor. Outside the window, there's a small garden landscape, and the sea view should be beautiful on a clear day. The hotel has two Lawson convenience stores and a small Disney shop on the first floor. There's also a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Maihama Station and Bayside Station, which is quite convenient. If you don't want convenience store food, you can eat at Maihama Station before returning to the hotel. It's a great option when prices are reasonable."
