SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

TTuixiudeganjuezhenhaoWe were extremely satisfied with our stay here. We spent two nights at this hotel while visiting Disneyland with our two children. We booked a quad room for two adults and two children, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to Disneyland right from its entrance. Especially on hot days, I felt this was much better than staying at a Disneyland hotel, as it minimized walking and made our experience much more relaxing. Breakfast was also excellent, and our children absolutely loved it. The hotel is about 800 meters from the metro station. Right by the metro exit, there's a shopping complex with a food court that reminds me of a traditional Chinese snack street. It offers a wide variety of snacks that are inexpensive but very delicious.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.

On the second floor, there are complimentary candies and snacks, a cotton candy machine, and free beer, drinks, and slushies. They also provide Indonesian hair capsules, which are really effective. You don't even need to bring your own skincare and makeup remover as the hotel has them all. Environment: There's a mall right across the pedestrian bridge, making dining very easy. Plus, there's a supermarket for snacks. Service: Check-in on the second floor took a long time due to queues, but check-out was a breeze. There's a box where you can just drop your room card.

YYuniboboyueService: The hotel shuttle is super convenient. After taking the subway from the airport to Maihama Station, you just go downstairs and hop on the shuttle. The next day, it dropped us off at a different station for DisneySea, and then we took the Disney Resort Line from there. Amenities: The hotel toiletries are by Pola, and the hairdryer was excellent – I honestly think it was better than my Dyson at home. There's a small convenience store downstairs, but it didn't have much. We ended up walking about 300m to a Lawson at another hotel (it was packed with people coming back from Disney).

Mmyqx04The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

NNamu3I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area.

EErick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
