We stayed at the hotel the night before and after Disney Sea. Appreciate the free shuttle bus service. The counter staff were extremely helpful and had a reasonably good command of English. It’s a bit far from the Shin-urayusu station though. It takes 15-20 to walk there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which costs around 900 yen.

Staff was really nice, patient and helpful.
Also, the room was really clean.
The bus pick up at hotel to Disney is really convenient.

Excellent location. 20 minutes walking from Shin- Urayasu station. Really good that they have three free shuttle bus rides to Disneyland everyday.

Professional, considerate, and sweet.
Thinking of the need and provide the information before I mention.
A little bit weird of the water usage in the bathroom.
No other problem but comfortable suite.
Looking forward another visit at this hotel again.

I stayed here with two friends and it was very clean and comfortable 😊 It was a bit narrow to spread out two carry cases, but it was really inconvenient! That's not true👍🏻The scenery was nice and it was interesting because it was built like an apartment!
It wasn't that far from the station, it was within walking distance ^_^

Relatively speaking, this hotel near Disneyland is considered OK. There are many reservations and the shuttle service is very clear. It is very close to the JR subway and Disneyland. However, there are still some shortcomings.
1. Ctrip’s room prices are relatively high, and booking in advance is not necessarily cheaper.
2. The surrounding area is indeed too desolate and there are no convenience stores.

It was built like an apartment and the rooms were standard in size.
It was good because it wasn't too far from Shin-Urayasu Station and was within walking distance.
The parking lot fee is 2000 yen? I felt it was a little high.
