I called Ctrip 4 times and asked Ctrip to contact the hotel and ask them to deliver tissue paper to room 604. After a while, the robot came, but the robot crashed and could not get the tissue paper. I contacted again and asked the waiter to come, but the waiter did not come. In the end, I had to go downstairs, go to the service desk, and ask them to deliver the paper. Just such a problem, does it need to be so troublesome? Can it be solved? This is the story of me, an old man, asking for a pack of tissue paper. I hope the hotel manager will be patient and take a look. I can only give a low rating.
