房型和網上預訂不一致，高級親子房（四人可住）在辦理時變成雙標房（一大床，一單床），還説就是這樣的，後來力爭（加錢100塊）才換成四人可住的雙間房（一間兩單床，一間大床）。辦理入住時前台請示老總，老總説攜程搞錯了，讓前台和住店客人商量溝通（結果是加錢）。（不爽）。

垃圾酒店 趕緊跑！ 霸王條款不退按金🙏🏻經期來一點洗乾淨了 還耍無賴 問前台不統一高温消毒嗎 還有理説衹簡單換一下 統一換洗太麻煩了！強調一點洗床單本來就是酒店的義務 何況我們已經洗乾淨了！！！那請問我們花幾百塊錢出來住酒店 該睡在哪裡？睡地上嗎？？住過那麼多酒店從來沒遇到這麼無賴的 打投訴電話前台也很硬氣就是不退 最後感謝我們美麗的攜程小姐姐態度很好～給大家説一聲 攜程可以用 吉悦不可以住 避雷幸運三代
