I chose this hotel because it is a ten-minute walk from Chengde station (and a twenty-minute drive from Chengdenan station). There are small shops nearby and some malls across the river. You can walk to the summer mountain resort in about 35 minutes.
My room was clean and quiet, and the reception staff were polite.

房間的床非常矮。老床墊頂着背疼。
房間窗户老舊。不隔音。五點過就被樓下商人的叫賣聲吵醒！
早上八點過打掃衞生的工作人員就對講機大聲講話！還有大聲關門聲震感強烈！然後是吸塵器一直呼拉拉的工作！太扯淡了！根本沒有辦法睡懶覺！一會服務員又來敲門講要打打衞生！！太扯了！第一次遇上這樣的酒店！旅館都不如的服務⋯擺明了攆客！太有特色了！
馬桶也矮。小童型的。衞生間乾濕沒有分區。水排不了。
房間不提供礦泉水！連抽紙都不提供！非常差！
上午辦完入住一會兒就發現房價當天降了五十元以上！
不建議入住。睡不好不舒適又吵！
又破又老又吵！！！

非常一般的酒店 五百多相當於二百的酒店規格 性價比很低 服務非常一般 設施簡陋 極其不隔音 房間很小 不推薦

酒店位置很好，不是旅遊住宿聚集區，離避暑山莊也不遠，酒店停車安全，雖然酒店老，但入住的二樓裝修新，乾淨，性價比高，安靜，很滿意。

太差了！！噁心，再也不住了。本來我自己住的是雙人間，偷摸給我一張早餐券也就算了，着急找爸媽沒帶，跟前台要，態度極差，自己上去拿，我跟她們説我定的雙人間含早是不是應該給我兩張，給我一張跟你們要還這麼費勁，噁心的態度，反正我再也不來

酒店服務態度很好，客房乾淨整潔，地段優越，距離火車站步行8-10分鐘可達，附近有羊湯、涮肉等當地特色美食，還有澡堂子。缺點是洗手間乾濕不分離，且對外的隔音比較差。牀頭櫃那邊少了個插座，充電不是很方便。退房時酒店還及時提醒遺落物品，幫了很大忙！

#負評#對鄰近餐廳，防治蚊蟲措施，交通方便程度，酒店氣味，性價比，梳洗用品失望；假期入住，住了才知道，卫生间地漏不通，积水严重，找服务员说忙，索性不洗了。卫生纸一点点，自己楼下买点用了，车在停车场轻微剐蹭实，停车场管理人员客气客气就没事了，可是车管员态度蛮横，牛啊，千万不要住了。
