Quite a basic hotel, in a good location. We spent ages checking in as they couldn't find our booking for some reason.
Plenty of places to eat behind the hotel, which were great.
Went to do laundry, but it consisted of an old top loader and no dryer, so useless. Rain coming in through the ceiling on the top floor in one place as there was a thunderstorm.
We were out by 06:30, so just a crash pad.

If your only destination in Chengdu is the panda base, then the location if BK Lizi is perfect. However, it is far from all other attractions, airports and railway stations.
The rooms are basic, but clean and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had an unfortunate incident of ceiling paint coming off and falling down in the middle of the night. I would probably not book this hotel again.

The hygiene is poor, there are small bugs, and there are hairs on the toilet at first. The hotel didn't give a small soap, so I called the front desk and had to go down to get it. There is still that little scum on the bed, and the experience is very poor.
