Very good hotel, good services as a 5-star hotel and good price.. Helpful staffs helped me to buy hot oil, do some treatments and check out late (Ms Josie). Thank you.
I will stay here next times when come to Chengu.

Overall stay was good. For the price I would say its definitely worth the say. 物超所值

Exceptional hotel experience! The staff went above and beyond to assist, and the gym is fully equipped for all your fitness needs. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered an impressive variety.

The wifi was WAY too slow, but the gym was great and the rooms were always clean.

The facilities were closed off due to it being Spring Festival, which is understandable but a little annoying.

I was surprised when arrived cause many comments mentioned that was not a 5 star hotel .
Welcome gift at the reception and also English speaking staff .
Rooms were old style but very comfortable with all the 5star amenities.
Gym and swimming pool are great !!!
Only negative was that on breakfast you couldn’t choose type of eggs …
I will come again for sure

This place was amazing from the check in to the check out. The service was great and they even called the Panda park to see about my luggage. Great place to stay and right near bar street.

Nice Hotel with very good service, excellent breakfast. Good location, all interesting spots can be reached with short Taxi service. Nice swimming pool!

I have been coming to Chengdu about 4 years or so and I always stay in the Sofitel. The service is excellent, they often give complimentary room upgrades, and the hotel is next to the river. Sure there are some hotels that are a bit newer I could stay in, but I keep coming back because the staff are always so friendly, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are comfortable.
No complaints, after so many visits!!

This is a hotel that should have been a beautiful hotel 20 years ago. Unfortunately for the last 20 years, little effort has been made to modernize and hotels like the Holiday Inns are now better equipped, better supervised, better managed. It's a shame because this hotel is not up to Sofitel standards.
