至少是40年的老酒店，任何人都可以進電梯，上任何一個樓層，毫無安全可言，設施設備房間風格極其老舊。

不錯，位置便利，離三號地鐵站很近。從成都東站下車，2號線倒3號線，紅牌樓下，從 b口出來往前走三十米，到了個大的十字路口，往左前方望，就能看見天邑酒店，過了馬路走幾分鐘就到了，給後面的遊客參考。酒店周邊是生活區，有川菜，🈶火鍋，有健身，有個小小的園子。酒店早餐的牛肉麪，肥腸麪也好吃。小茹等酒店工作人員態度好。該酒店是春節旅遊性價比為數不多的酒店，位置又可以，價錢也不算貴，可以接受，房間不算小，空調好用。春節有的酒店漲價漲的離譜！

房間還可以就是有些設施老了點，周邊環境不錯地鐵3號線也近出行方便，酒店早餐豐富味道不錯，酒店對門還有一家不錯的館子吃飯方便。

帶家人出遊，上一間是出熱水很慢……這一間的淋浴間的地面衞生就非常過分了，磚片縫隙不知道污垢還是泥土用手持花灑一沖可以沖下來，整個淋浴間地面都是這樣………這直接就讓人很難以接受
優點也還是有，距離地鐵口近，大年三十和初一也有早餐供應，客房服務人員應答也比較及時，這點還是值得肯定……

這個酒店地理位置優越，剛好在二環路邊上，停車場很大停車方便，交通便利，去景點打車或者坐地鐵都很方便，服務熱情到位 剛訂好酒店就接到大堂經理花花的電話，詢問客人需求，這方面很人性化，因為我要視野好的房間就靠近廣場，晚上怕吵就關上隔音玻璃窗，效果特別好，總之是很滿意的一次入住，下次過來玩兒還選擇這裏。

早點不錯，位置不錯，交通方便，離錦裏，武侯祠，寬窄巷子都非常近。酒店對面的小川菜館子也很好。以後還會選擇。
