家人在華西住院，民宿離華西走路10分鐘，樓下生活方便，關鍵的是老闆服務很好，入住後發現電視沒有網絡功能，説了一句，立馬給安排上了，小區的安全也不錯，雖然是老小區，房間裝修和設施有點舊了，但是衞生維護的還行，性價比算高了，推薦👍

如果不是臨時定住的地方 ！真的不會選擇“這麼高標準”的民宿的 ！
我們因為是川西回成都的 入住時間凌晨三點了
第一時間跟商家反饋了床單污漬的情況（圖1）
沒有要求當下就更換床單 因為太晚了！很不現實 於是就鋪着一次性床單 避開污漬睡了一宿
第二天醒來跟商家溝通 完全無法溝通

最後是攜程的客服給我了一個合適的解決方案

他們的衞生：我是真的不敢認可 商家説床單上有污漬是符合他們的衞生標準的！

清潔和服務不錯，周圍設施比較方便，但是環境過於破舊，洗澡以後注意不要穿一次性拖鞋進去，不然要遭摔跤。

撿到寶了嗎這是？本來以為套一很擁擠，其實客廳和陽台都超級大，保潔做的很到位，沙發床放下來加上卧室的大床住四個人都沒問題，景區附近這個價錢能租到這麼寬敞的民宿簡直太划算了！小區是24小時安保，不用擔心安全問題，女孩子可以放心住，想訂民宿的姐妹不要猶豫，沖沖沖！

在農業廳的家屬區裏，封閉小區（但是外賣能進）門口還有保安24小時執勤，絕對安全，而且小區綠化率高，空氣清新，民宿樓下就是食雜店，補充糧草很方便，房間乾淨，被褥布草都是新換的，連邊邊角角都沒灰塵，一次性洗漱用品備的也很齊全，出門就是水果店飯店和公交站，走到武侯祠錦裏才10分鐘，簡直太方便了，下次來成都我還要選這家，哈哈#衞生

設施齊全，非常不錯，入住非常便捷，雖然是老房子，但是非常乾淨衞生，電視可投屏，播**pt，感覺比酒店的套房划算，價格也合適，錦裏武侯祠就在旁邊，吃喝玩樂也很方便，老闆人很好，很有耐心，下次來還選擇他家

室內環境非常乾淨，地理位置也不錯，小區左邊500米都是網紅打卡小吃，小區右轉步行5分鐘有家網紅餐廳也相當不錯，可以吃一下，這個民宿離其它打卡景區打車也就10幾分鐘，樓下還有水果店和驛站可以把特產寄回去非常方便，想去成都的朋友可以看一下

六個人出行，空間很大，廚房用品齊全，熱水隨時有，很方便照顧小孩子，裝修有點舊了，但是乾淨，可以自己換洗床品。小區配有看門人員，安全第一，出門就有早餐店，火鍋店，出行方便，離錦裏，武侯祠可以步行，杜甫草堂，寬窄巷子，人民廣場……打車都很近。武侯祠旁邊就有熊貓基地的景區直通車的上車點。老闆很熱情有問題就立刻過來解決。

整體不錯，設施、衞生都比較齊全，環境整體比較安靜，值得推薦…
唯一美中不足就是住的時候白天樓上在裝修，噪音有點大，有小孩不能接受，但晚上比較安靜。
